Israeli Occupation Blows Up Two Homes of a Palestinian Prisoner's Family in Hebron

The Israeli occupation army blew up two homes belonging to the family of Palestinian prisoner Abdul Rahim Al-Haimouni in the Wadi Abu Katila neighborhood of Hebron early Thursday morning, after storming the city with a large force. Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation forces arrived in the neighborhood at midnight and began planting explosives in two residential apartments of a five-story building, before withdrawing the following morning. The occupation forces closed the surrounding roads throughout the preparation period, in a scene that reflects their ongoing escalation against the Palestinians.

In a related context, the occupation forces had stormed the city in large numbers, besieging the Al-Haimouni family home, and brought equipment typically used for demolishing homes, in an attempt to carry out the demolition order for the apartment where prisoner Al-Haimouni resides, who is suspected of participating in an attack targeting the light rail station in Tel Aviv, which resulted in the deaths of seven people and injuries to 15 others. This comes as part of the collective punishment policy adopted by the occupying state against the families of Palestinian prisoners, which is systematically repeated in the occupied West Bank.

Last March, the occupation carried out demolition operations on two other Palestinian homes, whose owners were accused by Israel of participating in resistance operations, as the Al-Qassam Brigades claimed responsibility for the heroic operation in Jaffa carried out by the two fighters Muhammad Rashid Mask and Ahmad Abdul Fattah Al-Haimouni from Hebron. These operations are part of a wide demolition and explosion campaign carried out by the occupation during July, targeting 122 Palestinian facilities, including 60 inhabited homes, in an attempt to subdue the Palestinian resistance and terrorize the population, amid the rise of popular resistance and guerrilla operations against the occupation and its settlers.

Israeli Minister Smotrich, alongside slogans of "Death to Arabs," celebrates the establishment of settlements in the West Bank.

Smotrich Continues His Settlement Escalation and Raises Anti-Arab Slogans in the West Bank

In an escalatory step reflecting the occupation government's trend towards settlement expansion, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich approved the establishment of thousands of new settlement units in northern West Bank, ignoring international objections and the rights of the Palestinian people. Smotrich exploited his powers as the head of the civil administration to push forward construction and expansion plans, in an attempt to impose a new reality on the ground that threatens the future of a potential Palestinian state.

This coincided with Smotrich's participation in settlers' incursions in various areas of the West Bank, where he pledged to provide full protection and support for settlement outposts, in violation of international laws that consider settlement expansion illegal and a blatant violation of the rights of the Palestinian people. During these events, he raised racist slogans such as 'death to Arabs', clearly indicating the rise of hate speech and incitement against Palestinians, which has become recurrent in far-right marches.

In the context of his escalatory practices, Smotrich led an incursion into the 'Sanur' settlement site, where he pledged to legitimize the settlement outpost and provide full protection for the settlers, in a blatant challenge to the international community and international legitimacy decisions. These actions are part of a systematic policy aimed at intensifying settlement construction, demolishing Palestinian homes, and imposing control over as much Palestinian land as possible, deepening the suffering of the residents and threatening the chances of establishing an independent Palestinian state.

Hakabi confirms the Trump administration's support for plans to occupy Gaza.

The U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, stated in an interview with Bloomberg that the United States supports Israel in making "difficult decisions," on the eve of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's meeting with his security cabinet on Thursday to outline his plan for a complete occupation of Gaza.

Huckabee claimed in his interview with the agency that U.S. President Donald Trump is "weary of the fruitless efforts" to reach a ceasefire agreement, noting that Trump's recent statements reflect "his impatience with any legitimacy for an agreement with Hamas."

Huckabee, who advocates for settlement doctrine in the occupied West Bank and refers to it as "Judea and Samaria," speaking on behalf of the U.S. administration, said: "The president has concluded that they are not serious and are only seeking to stall," emphasizing that Washington respects "Israel's right to do what it deems necessary to protect itself, recover its hostages, and end this situation," adding that "Trump understands that there are difficult decisions that need to be made."

The U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, publicly expressed his support for the "difficult decisions" made by Israel regarding Gaza.

Huckabee's statements come in conjunction with Netanyahu's announcement of his intention to hold a meeting of his security cabinet (at 6 PM on Thursday in his office), where the council is expected to approve new plans for the occupation of Gaza, according to Hebrew media.

According to Israeli media, during a three-hour security discussion among a smaller group on Tuesday, Netanyahu was presented with options to continue military operations in the Gaza Strip by the Chief of Staff of the Israeli occupation army, Eyal Zamir.

The security cabinet is expected to approve a complete military occupation of the sector during the meeting on Thursday, despite warnings from Zamir and military officials against it.

Hebrew radio "Kan" reported on Wednesday that military officials believe that proceeding with the plan will lead to heavy casualties among Israeli forces.

Defense officials estimate that "dozens" of soldiers may be killed, and a large number will be injured in the operation, according to "Kan." Thousands of soldiers from the occupation army have been killed and injured since the beginning of the war, with the occupation army acknowledging that 311 soldiers were killed on October 7, 2023.

"Kan" reported that military officials also warned of the danger that a complete occupation of Gaza could pose to the remaining hostages, "as the Israeli defense forces have so far refrained from knowingly operating in areas where they are believed to be held."

As reports indicate a rift between the Israeli Defense Forces and political leadership regarding the next steps in Gaza, with Netanyahu eager to proceed with his occupation, reports have indicated that Zamir recommended a gradual approach starting with besieging the city of Gaza.

It was reported that Netanyahu rejected Zamir's proposal and asked him to prepare plans for the occupation of the sector.

Opposition leader Yair Lapid stated that he informed Netanyahu during a security briefing on Wednesday morning that the occupation of Gaza is "a very bad idea." According to Lapid, the cost of this step will be "extremely high" for Israel, both financially and in terms of the number of casualties it may result in.

The Israeli occupation army issued a warning on Wednesday for the evacuation of Palestinian citizens residing in a small area west of Khan Younis, following a previous warning to evacuate the Zaitoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

It is noteworthy that Huckabee's statements regarding the Trump administration's support for Israel's occupation of the Gaza Strip also come amid a worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza and increasing international pressure on Israel to facilitate the entry of more aid.

While the United States has supported all of Israel's decisions in Gaza, it has also participated in initiatives aimed at addressing the humanitarian situation in Gaza, after Israel decided to halt the entry of any aid into the besieged sector, such as support for the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF)," which was established by Israelis and is managed by American contractors.

The GHF operates through four distribution centers, controlled by the Israeli occupation army, which has turned those centers into "traps" for killing Palestinians seeking aid. Reports indicate that more than 1,300 Palestinian citizens have been killed by Israeli

Human Rights Watch: The occupation carried out "illegal" attacks on schools in Gaza, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of displaced people.

The organization "Human Rights Watch" accused the occupying army in a new report of carrying out repeated and illegal attacks on schools sheltering displaced persons in the Gaza Strip since October 2023, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of civilians.

The international human rights organization described these attacks in its report released today, Thursday, as indiscriminate and potentially amounting to war crimes, noting that the occupying forces used American munitions in many of them and executed "double strikes" to maximize casualties among civilians and rescue teams.

Human Rights Watch confirmed that the occupation's attack on schools, which have turned into shelters for displaced persons fleeing the bombardment, is an act "illegal regardless of any justification."

The organization documented the targeting of more than 500 schools directly or indirectly throughout the sector, reflecting a pattern of blatant disregard for civilian lives.

The organization stated that schools enjoy special protection under international humanitarian law, and that converting them into military targets in such a systematic manner constitutes a serious violation.

The report quoted rights groups affiliated with the occupation saying that the occupying army carried out what is known as "double strikes," where a site is bombed once, and then bombed again after rescuers and medics gather, with the aim of deliberately targeting them.

The organization added that this brutal tactic not only aims to increase the number of victims but also cripples the ability of rescue and civil defense teams to perform their humanitarian duties in saving lives.

One of the most notable revelations of the report is the documentation of the use of American munitions in the attacks on schools, placing the United States in a position of complicity in these violations.

The organization called on the U.S. administration to immediately halt the transfer of weapons to the occupation that are used to commit war crimes.

Human Rights Watch called for an independent international investigation and accountability for those responsible within the occupying entity for these attacks, emphasizing that impunity is what encourages the continued commission of these atrocities against Palestinian civilians.

American extremism positions contradict international legitimacy.

Sari Al-Q

Sari Al-Q

Opinion Writer

The world cannot implement the outcomes of the international conference for a two-state solution held in New York, which witnessed full international support for the Palestinian state in light of the American extremism and the statements made by the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives in the presence of the American ambassador to the occupation, in which he stated that the United States recognizes the historical right of the Israeli occupying state to sovereignty over the West Bank of the Jordan River, and that the mountains of "Judea and Samaria" were promised to the Jewish people.

These statements contradict all international legitimacy and international law, especially United Nations Security Council Resolution 2334, which was approved by all countries in the world, including the United States, and which considers settlement in all its forms illegal in the occupied Palestinian territories, including East Jerusalem. What the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives said is incorrect and completely contradicts what was signed in the Oslo Agreement in the U.S. capital, Washington, that the political process is based on international legitimacy, foremost of which is the realization of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.

The visit of the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Mike Johnson, at the head of a congressional delegation, to the "Ariel" settlement built on the lands of citizens in the occupied West Bank represents a dangerous bias towards the occupation and a violation of international law and United Nations and Security Council resolutions, and constitutes a blatant violation of United Nations resolutions, especially Security Council Resolution 2334, which affirms that Israeli colonial settlement is illegal in the occupied Palestinian territories since 1967, including East Jerusalem, and calls on all countries to differentiate in their dealings between the occupied territory of the State of Palestine and Israel.

The visit of the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives to the settlement built on the lands of the occupied West Bank, especially in light of the recent Israeli threat to occupy all of Gaza, warns of further mass atrocities that the occupying army will commit and aligns with what is practically happening on the ground, including war crimes, starvation, and the deterioration of the humanitarian situation due to the genocide perpetrated by the extremist racist occupying government.

This step undermines the status of the United States as a permanent member of the Security Council and contradicts its legal and moral obligations. All forms of support for colonialism must be halted, and adherence to the principles of international legitimacy is essential, especially since the visit contributes to encouraging and continuing the crimes of colonialism and the organized terrorism of settlers against the Palestinian people. It serves to encourage and reward settlers for their crimes of killing, burning, and violence against the Palestinian people, and is considered direct support for policies of Judaization, annexation, and ethnic cleansing. It also represents a cover for the racist legislation issued by the Israeli Knesset to entrench the occupation and legitimize seizure, displacement, and apartheid.

These statements pose a challenge and provocation to the countries of the world that gathered in New York to uphold the two-state solution based on international law and legitimacy, including successive U.S. administrations, which paved the way for a series of important international recognitions of the State of Palestine during the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York next September.

The international community, led by the United States, must fulfill its political and legal obligations to pressure Israel, the occupying power, to stop all colonial policies and the terrorism of settlers and their daily crimes. The priority must be to achieve an immediate and permanent ceasefire, expedite the entry of humanitarian aid to stop the war of starvation, and comply with international law and relevant United Nations resolutions.

Gaza is suffocating.. starvation is deadlier than bullets.

Dr. Jamal Harfoush: The world's silence on the famine in Gaza is not only a horrific moral decline but a true betrayal of the international covenant to protect civilians

Dr. Tamara Haddad: Breaking the "hellish cycle" in Gaza begins with a ceasefire, the release of hostages, and Hamas stepping down from power to end Israel's justifications

Adnan Al-Sabah: A unified global front is needed, starting from Palestine, to include the active forces in the world to confront injustice and end Gaza's suffering

Dr. Amjad Bishkar: The United Nations must officially declare famine in Gaza, and any delay in doing so gives Israel cover to continue its policies

Dr. Mohammed Al-Tamawi: The first possible exit is serious international pressure on the occupation to stop the aggression and lift the siege immediately

Samir Anabtawi: What is happening in the Gaza Strip is not just famine but a systematic starvation serving political goals and pushing towards forced displacement

In light of the worsening humanitarian tragedy in the Gaza Strip, international concern is growing over the systematic transformation of starvation into a weapon of war in the hands of the Israeli occupation, as images of famine, food and water shortages, and lack of medicine have become daily scenes pounding the beleaguered sector under the genocide war.

The suffering in the Gaza Strip has surpassed the description of "humanitarian crisis" to what writers, political analysts, specialists, and university professors describe in separate conversations with "Y" as "a crime of genocide by starvation," amid a troubling international silence viewed as a complicit betrayal legitimizing the continuation of the tragedy.

Writers, analysts, specialists, and university professors emphasize the necessity of activating international justice tools and proposing initiatives to form international coalitions that impose sanctions on the occupation if the starvation policy continues, alongside activating the principle of "responsibility to protect" at the international level, considering what is happening in Gaza a crime against humanity that cannot be ignored.

They warn that the continuation of the current situation without serious international intervention will lead to a comprehensive catastrophe that will be recorded as a stain of shame on the forehead of all humanity.

Genocide by Starvation

A professor of research methodologies and political studies at the Academic Research Center in Brazil, Dr. Jamal Harfoush, confirms that what Gaza has been experiencing for months exceeds the limits of the usual humanitarian crisis, reaching "a crime of genocide by starvation" executed systematically and deliberately, according to international legal standards, especially the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Harfoush believes that what is happening in the Gaza Strip, with the continuous strangulation of life and starvation of civilians, should not be met with calls for pity or condemnation statements, but with comprehensive legal, political, and humanitarian action that puts a definitive end to this tragedy.

Harfoush points out that breaking this "hellish cycle" begins with internationalizing the tragedy legally, by activating international judicial mechanisms and submitting urgent referral memos to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to open an official investigation into the crime of using starvation as a weapon of war, based on Article 8 (2)(b)(xxv) of the Rome Statute.

Harfoush emphasizes the necessity of legally compelling the occupation to lift the complete siege by issuing judicial orders from the International Court of Justice and binding resolutions from the Security Council based on Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter, which imposes the opening of crossings and facilitating the entry of food and medicine without any restrictions.

Harfoush calls for activating the principle of "responsibility to protect" (R2P), which obliges the international community to intervene immediately when genocide or crimes against humanity are committed, which clearly applies to the Gaza situation, in light of the absence of any local means to protect the population.

Launching a Three-Dimensional Bridge

Harfoush proposes launching a three-dimensional bridge: legal, media, and diplomatic, to present evidence to the international community and strip the occupation of its cover of impunity.

Harfoush asserts that this path will pave the way for a comprehensive boycott of Israeli officials involved in the crimes and create an international environment conducive to holding them accountable.

Today, the war cabinet convenes to decide to expand the hellish territory in preparation for displacement after the killing and destruction, where the sector has turned into a scorched land whose flames have reached humans, trees, and stones.

The anticipated escalation, according to leaks, aims to reach the needle after burning the haystack, which will multiply the number of victims among children, women, and the elderly, who have been exhausted by hunger before the treads of tanks crush their bones.

"A tsunami like never before is waiting for us" .. Israeli warning: We are losing America and our ship is sinking.

Israeli Warning of a Political Tsunami Threatening the Future of the Occupation Amid Declining American Support

Warnings are escalating within Israeli circles regarding the deterioration of American support, as recent opinion polls show a sharp decline in American approval of the occupation policies, especially amid rising opposition to the war on Gaza and an unprecedented increase in the percentage of Palestinians opposing the occupation. This decline threatens the future of the strategic alliance between Israel and the United States, increasing the risks of political repercussions on both international and regional levels.

In a related context, Israeli writer Ari Shavit pointed out that the American-Israeli alliance has experienced periods of ups and downs over the past thirty years, but what is happening now is considered one of the most dangerous phases, as the occupation faces an unprecedented loss of support, reflecting deep changes in the American public mood, especially among younger and liberal generations, who now see the occupation as a force of occupation and genocide, threatening to change the balance of power on the international stage.

In serious statements, Shavit confirmed that the continuation and escalation of the war on Gaza could lead to an unprecedented political catastrophe, as American support, which has always been a decisive factor in supporting the occupation, is declining irreversibly, placing Israel on the brink of the abyss and threatening to shift the conflict to a new phase of international isolation, with rising global and internal criticisms accusing the occupation of committing acts of genocide and imposing a deadly siege on Gaza, exacerbating the crisis and increasing the likelihood of a political explosion.

Smotrich: I Don't Care About the People of Gaza and Want to Destroy Hamas

Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich stated that his focus is not on the residents of the Gaza Strip, but rather on completely destroying the Hamas movement and achieving final victory over the resistance. He explained that the world is watching Israel, with pressure from Europe and the Israeli left to stop, but he insists on continuing until he achieves his ultimate goal.

In defending the allocation of an additional 3 billion shekels to fund humanitarian aid for Gaza, Smotrich attacked the opposition that opposed this step, asserting that complete victory is a necessity, not an option, and that Israel will achieve it despite all obstacles.

The minister emphasized that resolving the battle cannot be achieved solely through the use of tanks, but requires economically strangling the sector and cutting off aid to it, considering that these have been his plans since the beginning of the war, and that implementing them would shorten the time and avoid significant financial losses, estimating that the cost of the war on Gaza has reached 300 billion shekels so far.

Smotrich pointed out that there is hope that the security cabinet (the cabinet) will decide to launch an extensive attack and occupy the sector, asserting that without military resolution and imposing an economic blockade, victory or the liberation of prisoners cannot be achieved. He confirmed that this is the only way to achieve the declared objectives.

The cabinet is scheduled to hold a meeting tomorrow, Thursday, to discuss the plan to occupy Gaza, despite the opposition of the Chief of Staff of the occupation army, Eyal Zamir, who described the plan as a strategic trap, warning of its potential consequences for Israeli security.

41 Dead in Gaza Since Dawn and UNRWA Condemns the Killing of Those Seeking Food

Medical sources in Gaza hospitals reported that the number of martyrs who have fallen since dawn today has risen to 41, including 18 who were seeking humanitarian aid in various areas of the besieged enclave, amid the escalation of the Israeli occupation's ongoing aggression against the besieged territory.

In a related context, the Ambulance and Emergency Authority in Gaza announced the recovery of the bodies of four Palestinians who were martyred while trying to reach humanitarian aid near the Netzarim axis in the center of the enclave, amidst the tragic humanitarian conditions that residents are experiencing, with the ongoing siege and severe shortages of food and basic aid.

In its daily statement, the Ministry of Health in Gaza revealed a new toll of victims from the ongoing Israeli aggression that has lasted for more than two years, where the number of martyrs reached 138, and 771 others were injured by the occupation's fire during the past 24 hours, in a dangerous escalation that threatens the lives of residents in the enclave.

The ministry clarified that 87 martyrs and 570 injured among those who were waiting for humanitarian aid fell during the same period, raising the toll of victims of the Israeli aggression since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023, to more than 61,000 martyrs and 151,000 injured.

In a related context, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed that the continued killing of Palestinians while they attempt to obtain food is unacceptable, and that the policy of siege and starvation must stop immediately, expressing its deep concern over the escalating humanitarian situation in Gaza.

UNRWA stated via its account on the X platform that the United Nations has been warning for months about the dire consequences unfolding in the enclave, where Palestinians are starving and are subjected to gunfire while trying to secure a livelihood for their families, emphasizing the urgent need for a political decision to open the crossings unconditionally and allow international organizations and their partners to carry out their humanitarian missions immediately.

Survey: 79% of the occupation's audience are "indifferent" to the famine and genocide in Gaza.

Poll: 79% of the Occupation's Audience "Indifferent" to Famine and Genocide in Gaza

Recent survey results conducted by the "Viterbi Institute for Public Opinion and Policy Research" at the Occupation's Democracy Institute revealed that the majority of the Occupation's audience are indifferent or unconcerned about reports of famine and the severe suffering experienced by the residents of the besieged Gaza Strip. The results showed that 79% of respondents expressed little or no concern about the humanitarian situation in the sector, while 70% of leftist Jews expressed concern about what is happening, reflecting a clear internal division in Israeli society regarding the Palestinian issue and the situation in Gaza.

In a related context, the survey indicated that 78% of settlers believe that Israel is making significant efforts to avoid causing unnecessary suffering to Palestinians, according to their claims, which reflects an attempt by the Israeli government to justify its repressive policies and the blockade imposed on the sector. Additionally, 70% of settlers expressed high or moderate confidence in the Israeli Occupation Forces' reports regarding the number of martyrs in Gaza, at a time when international criticism of the Occupation's policies is escalating, amid UN warnings that the residents of the sector are facing "the worst scenarios of famine."

This survey comes amid increasing international pressure on Israel to lift the blockade and open crossings for the entry of humanitarian aid, especially with the continued closure of all crossings since March 2, 2024, despite a ceasefire agreement with Hamas. This closure has exacerbated the humanitarian situation, with UN officials describing the condition as "systematic starvation and a war crime," amid the ongoing prevention of food, medicine, and water from entering the besieged sector.

In terms of the field situation, statistics indicate that the genocidal war on Gaza has so far resulted in the martyrdom of more than 60,000 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children, amid widespread destruction of infrastructure and homes, and the continuation of the blockade that prevents the entry of essential humanitarian aid. Despite repeated international calls to open the way for aid entry, the Israeli Occupation government continues to reject these appeals and clings to its repressive policies, leading to an escalation of the suffering of innocent civilians who are now surrounded by death on all sides, as confirmed by human rights organizations and relief agencies.

Will "Israel" occupy the entire Gaza Strip? An Israeli military analyst answers

An Israeli newspaper highlighted reports discussing the intentions of the occupying Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to approve military plans aimed at completely occupying the Gaza Strip, with the goal of achieving war objectives, particularly regarding the elimination of Hamas. The newspaper "Maariv," in an article by military analyst Avi Ashkenazi, noted that the likelihood of this being implemented in the near future seems weak, as he explained that current indicators suggest that the Israeli army will discuss a plan that includes encircling Gaza City and the central camps, using intense fire and conducting ground raids on targeted areas.

Ashkenazi clarified that the plan prepared by the Southern Command and the Operations Division relies on having most of the army's forces in the center of the Gaza Strip, cutting off most of Hamas's strategic tunnel network that connects different areas of the Strip. He pointed out that the last tunnel destroyed was last week in Beit Hanoun, which connects the areas of Beit Hanoun, Jabalia, and Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, in addition to the destruction of three strategic tunnels in the southern Strip, specifically in the areas of Khan Younis and Rafah.

He confirmed that the Israeli army's plans include launching a series of attacks on Hamas positions in the center of the Strip and Gaza City, where the Air Force will carry out most of the initial operations, while the 99th Division currently deployed in the center of the Strip will lead the raids. He emphasized that Chief of Staff Colonel Eyal Zamir opposes the complete occupation of the Strip at this stage and prefers a plan to impose a blockade and crush Hamas forces in Gaza City and the central camps, aiming to reduce the likelihood of harming the hostages and attacking forces.

The Israeli analyst quoted a military source stating that the goal is for army fighters to chase the terrorists, not to be chased by them, indicating the necessity of controlling the situation strategically to limit risks to both the forces and civilians. "Maariv" noted that Defense Minister Israel Katz visited the Gaza Strip on Tuesday, met with army leaders, and expressed his support for the army's plans to continue fighting, while refraining from stating "occupying Gaza," preferring to see the leadership of the security establishment.

In a statement issued by Katz's office, he confirmed that the minister formulated his position regarding the security and political steps that Israel must take to ensure the achievement of war objectives, and that he would convey it to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and then to government ministers. He clarified that defeating Hamas in Gaza, while creating conditions for the return of the captives, are the main objectives of the war, and that Israel must take all necessary measures to achieve them.

Occupation kills infant in tent and warns of evacuation of 9 areas in eastern Gaza

Dozens were martyred and injured today, Wednesday, by the bullets of the Israeli occupation army, which targeted those waiting for aid around a distribution point in southern Gaza Strip, in a serious escalation that threatens the lives of civilians and increases the suffering of the population in the besieged enclave.

In a tragic incident, a 6-month-old infant, Habiba Ma'arouf, was martyred by fire from an Israeli drone that targeted her family's tent on Al-Nafaq Street in Gaza City, while a source in the Strip's hospitals confirmed the martyrdom of 23 Palestinians since dawn today, in addition to dozens injured with varying degrees of wounds.

In the northern part of the Strip, a source in the ambulance and emergency services reported the martyrdom of five Palestinians and the injury of about 30 others among aid seekers by the fire of the occupation army in the Rafah area, where the situation was escalating dangerously with continued shelling and aggression on residential areas.

At the Baptist Hospital in Gaza, a source confirmed that seven Palestinians were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli bombardment that targeted two houses east of the city, while a source at Al-Awda Hospital in Al-Nuseirat camp indicated the death of five Palestinians, including a woman and two children, as a result of an Israeli airstrike on a house north of the camp, amid injuries among civilians reaching 25 cases.

On the ground, the Israeli occupation army issued warnings for the evacuation of nine areas in the Zeitoun neighborhood east of Gaza, urging residents to head south towards the Mawasi area in the southern Strip, in an attempt to impose further forced displacement amid escalating aerial and ground bombardment.

In a post on the X platform, the spokesperson for the occupation army, Avichai Adraee, warned against not evacuating the designated areas and confirmed that the army continues its operations in the western part of the Strip, while the forced displacement of the population continues, amid escalating international warnings of the worsening humanitarian disaster in Gaza.

In a related context, the occupation forces continue their bombardment of health centers, schools, and homes, where the Sheikh Radwan health center affiliated with UNRWA in Gaza was subjected to nighttime airstrikes that led to its destruction, further increasing the suffering of the population and threatening the lives of thousands of civilians who are suffering from a severe shortage of aid and basic services.

Amid the escalating aggression, the occupation forces issued repeated orders to evacuate wide areas, despite the fact that Palestinians find no safe places to seek refuge, with the continued destruction of vital facilities and shelters, which increases the suffering of the population and threatens the lives of children and women in particular.

In a report by the United Nations, it was noted that 82% of the areas in the Gaza Strip are under Israeli evacuation orders, while forced displacement operations continue, with ongoing destruction of infrastructure, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis and increasing the suffering of civilian populations.

The Israeli aggression since the beginning of the escalation has left more than 211,000 Palestinians martyred and injured, the majority of whom are children and women, in addition to more than 9,000 missing, and hundreds of thousands of displaced persons, amid fears of worsening famine and an unprecedented deterioration of humanitarian conditions.

The occupation issues a decision to ban the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem from the Al-Aqsa Mosque for 6 months

The Israeli occupation authorities issued a decision today, Wednesday, to ban the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and the Palestinian territories, Sheikh Muhammad Hussein, from the Al-Aqsa Mosque for a period of six months. This decision comes in an escalating context targeting restrictions on the freedom of Palestinian worshippers, especially after the sermon delivered by Sheikh Hussein in which he condemned the starvation policy adopted by the occupation against the people of the Gaza Strip.

The Jerusalem governorate, quoting lawyer Khaldoun Najm, stated that the occupation decided to ban Sheikh Hussein from the Al-Aqsa Mosque after the end of his previous ban, which lasted eight days, and was based on his Friday sermon condemning the practices of the occupation against Palestinians in Gaza. He explained that the new decision comes after the Mufti was summoned on the twenty-seventh of last month, where he was handed a ban decision for a week, subject to renewal.

This measure is considered a serious escalation aimed at restricting the freedom of Palestinians to perform their religious rituals, and comes amid increasing violations and assaults on the Al-Aqsa Mosque by the occupation forces, which coincide with attempts to impose complete control over the holy city.

Palestinians assert that such measures are part of the occupation's policy aimed at undermining the status of Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and an attempt to impose a new reality aimed at changing the Islamic and Arab character of the holy city, in blatant violation of all international laws and agreements that guarantee freedom of worship and the rights of Palestinians in their occupied city.

Settlers Attack Jordanian Aid Convoy.. and Amman Accuses the Occupation of Laxity

A Jordanian official source reported that Israeli settlers attacked a convoy of aid heading to the Gaza Strip, in the second incident of its kind within days, reflecting the rising tensions along the Palestinian-Israeli border. The spokesperson for the Jordanian government, Mohammad Momani, explained that the convoy, which consisted of 30 trucks, was delayed in reaching the strip, which was considered a violation of the agreements signed between Jordan and Israel to ensure the safe passage of humanitarian aid.

In a related context, the Jordanian army announced the implementation of five airdrop operations for humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, with the participation of forces from three countries, as part of international efforts aimed at alleviating the suffering of the population in the strip, which has been under an Israeli blockade for more than two years. A statement issued by the army indicated that the planes, which took off from King Abdullah II Air Base, carried 35 tons of food supplies, baby formula, and medical aid, which were distributed to areas that are difficult to access by land.

The statement noted that the airdrop operations included a plane from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, another from the UAE, a third from France, in addition to two planes from Germany, where the aid was divided into packages weighing half a ton each to ensure safe delivery without damage, in coordination with international organizations working on the ground. It mentioned that these operations come as part of the ongoing efforts led by Jordan since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, with the total number of airdrops since then reaching 140 operations, with a total cargo exceeding 325 tons.

On the ground, the occupation forces impose strict restrictions on the entry of aid through the Kerem Shalom crossing east of Rafah, allowing only a limited number of trucks to enter, despite the urgent need for about 600 trucks daily to meet the needs of the population in the strip. Experts confirm that this blockade exacerbates the humanitarian crisis, especially with the deterioration of living conditions and rising rates of hunger and despair among the population.

In a related context, the World Food Programme warned that one-third of Gaza's population has not eaten for days, describing the humanitarian situation in the strip as unprecedented in terms of levels of hunger and despair. It expressed grave concern over the continued accumulation of aid at the entrances to the strip, while Israel continues to prevent its entry or control its distribution outside the supervision of the United Nations, which increases the suffering of the population and threatens the lives of thousands.

Last week, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) criticized the airdrop operations for aid, asserting that these measures will not solve the escalating humanitarian crisis, especially with the ongoing Israeli blockade that prevents the entry of essential materials and hinders international relief efforts. The agency confirmed that the real solution lies in fully opening the crossings and allowing aid to reach regularly and without obstacles.

These details rule out the occupation of the Gaza Strip.. Who will fund the terrifying scenario?

Disagreements within the Israeli government have escalated regarding Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's intention to proceed with a full occupation of the Gaza Strip, following his failure to reach a new ceasefire agreement or a prisoner exchange deal. In this context, a report from the Hebrew site "Calcalist" revealed that the option of occupying the strip is currently ruled out, despite being adopted by Netanyahu, as it noted that the Ministry of Finance has not yet conducted a study on the cost of this scenario.

The report questioned who would fund the Gaza occupation plan, clarifying that sources in the Ministry of Finance confirmed that the Israeli army informed them that this issue is not on the agenda, and that financial calculations for this option have not been prepared. It also pointed out that Netanyahu is promoting a policy of occupying the strip, contrary to the position of the military leadership and Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, who clearly opposes the idea.

Regarding the costs, the report confirmed that the Ministry of Finance has not received an official request from Finance Minister Smotrich to conduct financial calculations, which makes sense, as publishing massive financial estimates could burden the Israeli economy and hinder support for the plan in public discourse, especially since Smotrich does not see an interest in publicly revealing the costs.

It noted that one of the entities that attempted to estimate the costs is the Institute for National Security Studies, which estimated that the cost of military occupation ranges between 20 and 25 billion shekels annually, including funding for four military divisions consisting of 58,000 to 80,000 soldiers, in addition to civil activity costs estimated at ten billion shekels annually, bringing the total to about 35 billion shekels annually.

The site pointed out that the economic situation in Gaza has deteriorated significantly, making it impossible to rely on the strip's economy as a source for funding military rule, especially after the comprehensive destruction that has befallen the strip, which imposes high costs to meet basic needs such as water, electricity, and healthcare.

In conclusion, the report confirmed that cost calculations are still not final, and there are many questions about whether Israel will bear all the costs, and whether there will be additional costs for rehabilitating the infrastructure in Gaza, emphasizing the need to handle the figures with caution, given the lack of clarity regarding future scenarios.

Dead including 6 aid seekers shot by occupation forces north of Rafah

A number of citizens were killed and others were injured today, Wednesday, as a result of the shelling and gunfire from the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip. A medical source reported the death of at least five citizens and the injury of more than forty others with varying degrees of wounds.

The occupation directly targeted a number of aid seekers north of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom of several of them, in addition to the martyrdom of a young man by Israeli occupation fire near the aid center in the "Netzarim" area in the middle of the Strip.

A girl was also martyred by gunfire from an occupation drone in the tunnel street in Gaza City, in a dangerous escalation that threatens the lives of civilians and increases the suffering of the population in the Strip.

Israeli assaults on residential and civilian areas are recurring, exacerbating the state of tension and leading to more martyrs and injured, amid the ongoing siege and aggression on the Strip.

The occupation arrests at least 30 citizens from several governorates in the West Bank

Prisoner institutions reported that Israeli occupation forces arrested at least thirty citizens from various governorates in the West Bank, including the occupied city of Jerusalem, from last night until this morning, Wednesday. The arrest and field investigation operations were primarily concentrated in the city of Dura in Hebron governorate, while the remaining arrests were distributed across the governorates of Nablus, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Tulkarm, and Salfit.

The arrest operations are accompanied by widespread violations, including incursions, abuses, and assaults on the detainees and their families, as the occupation forces use excessive force, fire directly with the intent to kill, and use detainees as hostages during interrogation operations. Homes are subjected to raids, vandalism, and extensive destruction in an attempt to intimidate the residents and impose control over the areas.

In the context of the ongoing escalation, statistics indicate that the number of arrests since the beginning of the ongoing genocide in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, has exceeded 18,500 cases, a figure that does not include arrests in the Gaza Strip, which are estimated in the thousands, noting that this toll includes those who were arrested and later released. The figures confirm that the occupation continues its repressive campaigns intensively, aiming to break the will of our people and impose control over the occupied areas.

"Education" condemns the occupation's demolition of the Al-Aqaba School in Tubas

The Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education strongly condemned the Israeli occupation's demolition of the under-construction mixed Al-Aqaba primary school in the village of Al-Aqaba, east of Tubas, which was built with support from the French government. The ministry affirmed that this act is part of a long series of ongoing violations of international laws and norms that guarantee every child's right to education, and constitutes a systematic targeting of Palestinian educational infrastructure.

The ministry pointed out in its statement that the demolition comes in the context of the occupation's ongoing attempts to destroy schools and educational facilities in areas classified as "C," especially in the Jordan Valley and Masafer Yatta, with the aim of undermining the right of Palestinian children to education and tightening the noose on the future of upcoming generations. It emphasized that this aggression will not deter it from continuing its national and educational mission, and that it will work in cooperation with local and international partners to rebuild what has been destroyed and provide a safe educational environment for children in all areas, especially those that are under continuous targeting.

The ministry stressed that the occupation's targeting of Palestinian educational infrastructure is a blatant violation of human rights, and called on human rights organizations to fulfill their responsibilities towards protecting the right of Palestinian children to education, affirming that the occupation aims to destroy the future of Palestinian generations through these ongoing assaults on schools and educational facilities.

The ministry also called on the international community and human rights and humanitarian organizations to intervene urgently and take responsibility to stop these repeated assaults, which threaten the future of Palestinian children and hinder their right to education, especially in areas subjected to siege and judaization. It affirmed that the Palestinian people will continue their struggle to protect their children's right to education and confront Israeli policies that aim to destroy the future of upcoming generations.

Hebrew Media: Reveals Concerns and Disputes Within the Occupation Army Regarding the Future of the Operation in Gaza

Recent Hebrew reports have revealed disputes within the ranks of the Israeli occupation army regarding the future of the military operation in the Gaza Strip, as army leaders expressed concerns about the expansion of the fighting and its potential impacts on the lives of detainees in the region.

The Hebrew broadcasting authority reported that the leadership of the occupation army does not yet have clear answers from the political leadership regarding the specific objectives of occupying the Gaza Strip, raising questions about future war strategy and its field and political plans.

Sources indicated that officials in the occupation army warned that expanding military operations could complicate the field situation, in addition to threatening the lives of detainees, especially amid the ongoing military escalation and rising tensions in the region.

In a related context, recent security meetings of the occupation army discussed the possibility of imposing direct military rule over the Gaza Strip, addressing the potential implications of this scenario on both the field and political levels, amid fears of further escalation of the situation.

These developments come at a time when fears of the expansion of military operations are rising, with the occupation continuing to impose a tight blockade on Gaza and an increase in the pace of escalation between the two sides, threatening a significant deterioration in humanitarian and security conditions.

3 Dead and Injured in Occupation Shelling of a House in the Zeitoun Neighborhood East of Gaza

Local sources reported that the occupation forces targeted a populated house in the Zeitoun neighborhood southeast of Gaza City, resulting in the martyrdom of three citizens and injuries to others with varying degrees of severity.

This incident comes as part of a series of escalations that have been ongoing since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, which has resulted in the martyrdom of more than 61,000 Palestinians and injuries to about 150,000 others, according to preliminary figures.

Many victims remain under the rubble, while rescue and ambulance teams are unable to reach them due to the ongoing shelling and destruction of roads, which increases the suffering of the residents and threatens the lives of the injured.

The pace of the Israeli aggression on the sector is escalating, as the occupation continues to carry out airstrikes on homes and residential areas, in an attempt to impose its control over Palestinian areas, while the Palestinian resistance continues to respond to the assaults through various resistance operations.

Amid the ongoing aggression, the suffering of the civilian population is increasing, especially for children and women, who bear the brunt of the shelling and destruction, amidst a state of grief and anxiety over the fate of families who have lost their loved ones.

UN calls for the entry of hundreds of humanitarian and commercial trucks into Gaza daily.

The United Nations Calls for the Daily Entry of Hundreds of Humanitarian and Commercial Trucks to Gaza

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has called for the daily entry of hundreds of humanitarian and commercial trucks into the Gaza Strip, quickly and without obstacles, to address the escalating humanitarian crisis. Despite Israel's announcement of a tactical ceasefire to facilitate the passage of aid, the entry of trucks remains limited, with Israel allowing only a few to enter through the Kerem Shalom crossing east of Rafah, while the sector needs at least 600 trucks daily to meet the basic needs of more than two million Palestinians.

The UN office reported that the amount of aid that has entered Gaza is insufficient, and obstacles continue to hinder the delivery of essential supplies, especially fuel, which is vital for the continuation of humanitarian operations, including the operation of hospitals and relief trucks, as well as water desalination and sewage operations. The UN team managed to collect about 200,000 liters of fuel on Monday, but the quantities that entered during the past week did not exceed 29,000 liters, which is inadequate to meet the urgent needs of the sector.

In a press conference in Geneva, Jens Laerke, spokesperson for OCHA, stated that the gap between the aid that arrives and the enormous needs faced by the population is an imbalanced one, emphasizing that Gaza is on the brink of famine. He explained that the need requires the entry of hundreds of trucks daily, not just weekly, and possibly for years to come, considering that Israel's announcement to allow the entry of commercial goods will not solve the crisis, given their high costs and the rising unemployment rates among the population.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) indicated that the daily need is no less than 600 trucks to meet humanitarian needs, and that most of Gaza's residents suffer from unemployment, which increases reliance on free aid provided by donors, which has already been paid for, but the necessary facilities for its entry are still lacking.

Regarding children, UNICEF confirmed that the food supplies that entered during the past week, which include baby formula and hygiene supplies, represent a tiny fraction of what is needed, and that malnutrition among children in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels, with a rapid spread of acute malnutrition and rising cases of starvation-related deaths. The organization warned that the vast majority of children suffering from acute malnutrition will later die from other causes due to their weakened immunity, and that most of these children cannot access hospitals.

James Elder, spokesperson for UNICEF, emphasized the need for increased pressure from governments, given the catastrophic nutritional situation faced by children, women, and the elderly, reminding that the bombardment of Gaza since the beginning of the aggression on October 7 has resulted in the martyrdom of more than 211,000 Palestinians, including many children and women, in addition to hundreds of thousands of displaced persons, and famine that has claimed many lives, amid the ongoing siege and Israeli measures that have led to the spread of famine and the deterioration of humanitarian conditions at an unprecedented rate.

Occupation Notifies Citizens to Evacuate Their Land South of Bethlehem

Israeli occupation forces notified citizens in the village of Beit Iskaria south of Bethlehem today, Wednesday, to evacuate their lands located within the Gush Etzion settlement bloc established on the village's land.

The head of the Beit Iskaria village council, Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim Attallah, reported that the occupation forces stormed the village and delivered an oral notice demanding the evacuation of an area estimated at 20 dunams of land planted with grape trees, which belongs to the citizens and their relatives.

According to the information received, the notice included a time frame of ten days to implement the evacuation order, reflecting a new escalation in the policy of tightening restrictions on Palestinian farmers in the area.

The village of Beit Iskaria consists of five population clusters: Beit Iskaria, Khillat al-Baluta, Wadi Shakheit, Khillat Afana, and the Shafa area, with approximately 97 houses and a population of around 650 residents.

These measures come as part of a series of violations carried out by the occupation forces against Palestinian lands, specifically targeting agricultural areas and homes in regions threatened with confiscation or evacuation, aiming to impose complete control over the occupied Palestinian territories.

Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man from the town of Deir al-Ghusun, located north of Tulkarm, early this Wednesday morning, in a new escalation of their aggressive policies against our Palestinian people.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces raided the home of the young man, Mahdi Mahmoud Mahna, in the town and arrested him immediately, with no information available about the reasons for the arrest or the charges against him so far.

These arrests are part of the ongoing policy of the occupation targeting our people, especially in areas threatened by confiscation and repeated assaults on citizens' homes and properties.

Palestinian human rights organizations confirm that arbitrary arrests are part of the occupation's attempts to impose control over Palestinian areas, aiming to destabilize Palestinian society and exhaust it psychologically and materially.

In a related context, Palestinian factions and human rights organizations condemned these arrests, calling on the international community to intervene to stop the ongoing violations of the occupation against our Palestinian people.

The Occupation Army Orders Residents of the Zeitoun Neighborhood in Gaza Strip to Evacuate Immediately Towards the Mawasi Area

The Israeli occupation army issued direct orders this Wednesday morning to the residents of the Zeitoun neighborhood east of Gaza City, demanding that they evacuate their homes immediately and head towards the Mawasi area west of Khan Younis, which is classified by the occupation as the "humanitarian area."

This decision comes amid escalating aggression against the Gaza Strip, with increasing threats to expand ground operations east of the city, exacerbating the suffering of hundreds of families living in dire humanitarian conditions, especially with repeated instances of displacement and the lack of basic services and necessities of life in the shelter areas.

The difficult humanitarian situation in the sector continues, as residents suffer from shortages of food and medicine, in addition to the destruction of infrastructure, amid the occupation's escalation of military operations, which directly threatens the lives of civilians and increases their daily suffering.

In a related context, these orders come at a time when threats of launching wide-scale ground operations are escalating, which exacerbates the state of anxiety and fear among the residents, especially with the ongoing aggression and its intensification in various areas of the sector.

The Mawasi area is classified by the occupation authorities as the "humanitarian area," where humanitarian aid is usually provided; however, the continuation of aggression threatens the safety of the residents and increases their suffering, especially in light of the absence of security and basic services.

Israeli occupation forces arrested six young men from the Ein Camp west of Nablus early this Wednesday morning, in a new escalation of their assaults on our Palestinian people in the area.

Local and security sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the area from the At-Tur and 17 checkpoints, raiding several homes in the Ein Camp and the Al-Ma'ajin neighborhood, where they conducted thorough searches and tampered with their contents before arresting the six young men.

The arrested young men are: Muhammad Sharqawi from the Al-Ma'ajin area, Fathi Al-Khatib, Fares Al-Mabrouk, Bassam Al-Simimi, Karim Hassan Qatouni, and Ali Nasser Qatouni, all residents of the Ein Camp, facing difficult conditions amid the ongoing arbitrary arrests by the occupation forces.

These arrests come in the context of the ongoing Israeli escalation against our people, aimed at destabilizing the region and imposing control over Palestinian lands by force, in blatant violation of all international laws and norms.

Palestinian institutions affirm that these arrests are part of the collective punishment policy pursued by the occupation, which aims to empty the camps of their residents and create a state of continuous tension in the region.

The Occupation Begins Demolition Operations Near Jalazone Camp

This morning, Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces began carrying out demolition operations in the vicinity of the Jalazone camp north of Ramallah, where occupation bulldozers invaded the neighboring Al-Zira'a neighborhood in a move aimed at expanding the Judaization and settlement operations at the expense of Palestinian lands.

Local sources reported that the occupation forces, accompanied by military bulldozers, started demolition work in the area, in an attempt to impose a new reality that threatens the existence of the residents and their sources of livelihood, amid a state of tension and anger among the local population who confirmed that these measures are part of the occupation's plans to forcibly displace the residents.

In a related context, occupation statistics for last July revealed the implementation of 75 demolition operations, affecting 122 Palestinian facilities, including 60 inhabited homes, 11 uninhabited facilities, and 22 agricultural facilities, in addition to 26 other sources of livelihood, as well as the issuance of 33 demolition notices for other Palestinian facilities.

These measures come as part of the occupation's policy aimed at reducing the Palestinian presence in the occupied territories and imposing complete control over areas classified as "C," within the framework of ongoing Judaization and settlement plans that target emptying the land of its original inhabitants.

Palestinians assert that demolition operations constitute a blatant violation of human rights and represent a serious escalation that threatens the stability of the population and increases the suffering of Palestinian families who find themselves threatened with losing their homes and sources of livelihood forcibly, amid a troubling international silence regarding these ongoing violations.

U.S. State Department: House Speaker Johnson expresses his opinion on the West Bank

The spokesperson for the U.S. State Department, Tami Bruce, stated that what the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Mike Johnson (Republican from Louisiana), said on Monday in the Ariel settlement regarding the West Bank, which he referred to as Judea and Samaria, represents his personal opinion.

Bruce was responding to a journalist's question (during her press conference at the State Department) about the U.S. government's stance on Johnson's visit to the settlement and his statement that "Judea and Samaria is the historical land of the Jews." However, when following up her initial response with a question about the U.S. government's position on that, her reply was unclear and ambiguous, as she said, "I will not speak here about the government's opinion."

The Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Johnson, visited the "Ariel" settlement in the occupied West Bank on Monday, where he delivered a speech at a conference for settlers, accompanied by the U.S. ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, in an unusual move for one of the most powerful elected officials in the United States.

According to Mark Zell, head of "Republicans Abroad" in Israel, Johnson said, "The mountains of Judea and Samaria belong to the Jewish people," criticizing countries that call for the recognition of a Palestinian state.

For its part, the right-wing newspaper "Israel Hayom" revealed on Tuesday that Israel presented Johnson with "maps and documents" related to how to impose Israeli sovereignty (annexation) over the occupied West Bank.

According to the newspaper, this occurred during a meeting held by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with Johnson on Monday in the "Shilo" settlement northeast of Ramallah in the West Bank.

This is the first time Netanyahu has informed U.S. officials – including Johnson and his accompanying delegation – of Israel's intention to take "an unavoidable military decision in Gaza," according to the newspaper.

Israeli reports and leaks in recent days have discussed Netanyahu's intention to reoccupy the Gaza Strip, which Israel occupied for 38 years (1967-2005).

Israel Hayom stated that Israeli authorities presented maps and documents during the meeting that clarify their vision for imposing complete Israeli sovereignty over the West Bank, without disclosing the details of these documents.

Observers believe that any move to annex any part of the West Bank would effectively end the possibility of implementing the two-state solution, which is supported by the United Nations and forms the basis for any future political settlement.

Johnson has long been an ally of the Israeli right, using his position as Speaker of the House to support efforts to bolster right-wing positions on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (in both America and Israel). He is also considered one of the closest allies of the organization: "American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)," from which he received $796,000 (seven hundred ninety-six thousand dollars) in the 2024 election cycle to fund his campaign.

Among the lawmakers who joined Johnson on the trip was Republican Congresswoman Claudia Tenney from New York, the chair of the Friends of Judea and Samaria caucus, which was established earlier this year to support Israeli settlements in the West Bank.

When the disturbed reoccupies the occupied!

Ibrahim Malham

Ibrahim Malham

Opinion Writer

Pens hunger as people do, hearts crack and bodies melt, and throats dry up just as ink dries on the white paper, turning words into a counterpart of whiteness, while the pain of loss carves its grooves into the weary bodies in the hell of slaughter, where the killer has not yet quenched his thirst, and his appetite opens up for more with threats and intimidation to restore the disturbed to the occupied.

Pens hide behind clouds of smoke and the pangs of pain, ink recedes, and the ink dries like the dryness of milk in the breasts of mothers starving in tents, where no palm tree is shaken by nursing mothers to drop fresh dates to relieve them and their children from the persistent hunger at their doors.

Yes, pens scream just as intestines do, and words become muddied in the face of the pain of loss through killing and starvation, while mothers embrace the shoes of their offspring in a scene that shakes hearts from their depths. How do they sleep? How do they eat? How do they spend their evenings? And how do they wake up? The questions of the pain residing in Gaza have become answers suspended from the excess of what has befallen the families in the hell of the massacre.

When flesh melts and bones become visible beneath it, life turns into a counterpart of death in a world where the days nearing seven hundred are not enough to awaken from the slumber colluding with the massacre.

The disturbed will not succeed in achieving his goals except by drowning deeper in the blood of children and women, driven by dreams of the "Riviera" and urges for revenge and control over the land where all elements of life have been killed.
