The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today, Wednesday, that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 40,861, the majority of whom are children and women, since the beginning of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7.
The ministry added in a brief statement that the number of injuries has risen to 94,398 since the start of the aggression, while thousands of victims are still under the rubble.
It pointed out that the occupation forces committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of 42 citizens and the injury of 107 others, during the past 24 hours.
It explained that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
