Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi stressed on Monday the "necessity of ending the tragedy facing the Palestinian people in Gaza immediately," warning of the outbreak of a regional war.
Sisi received a phone call from his Bulgarian counterpart, Rumen Radev, which discussed the distinguished bilateral cooperation between the two countries, (...) and the situation in the Middle East and the Gaza Strip, according to a statement by the Egyptian presidency.
Al-Sisi reviewed "the latest developments in Egyptian efforts to reach a ceasefire and implement humanitarian aid," and stressed "the necessity of ending the tragedy facing the Palestinian people in Gaza immediately."
