Nablus: The occupation arrests 6 young men from the Ein Camp
The arrest of six young men from the Ein Camp demonstrates the escalation of the occupation's repressive policies against our people
Israeli occupation forces arrested six young men from the Ein Camp west of Nablus early this Wednesday morning, in a new escalation of their assaults on our Palestinian people in the area.
Local and security sources reported that the occupation forces stormed the area from the At-Tur and 17 checkpoints, raiding several homes in the Ein Camp and the Al-Ma'ajin neighborhood, where they conducted thorough searches and tampered with their contents before arresting the six young men.
The arrested young men are: Muhammad Sharqawi from the Al-Ma'ajin area, Fathi Al-Khatib, Fares Al-Mabrouk, Bassam Al-Simimi, Karim Hassan Qatouni, and Ali Nasser Qatouni, all residents of the Ein Camp, facing difficult conditions amid the ongoing arbitrary arrests by the occupation forces.
These arrests come in the context of the ongoing Israeli escalation against our people, aimed at destabilizing the region and imposing control over Palestinian lands by force, in blatant violation of all international laws and norms.
Palestinian institutions affirm that these arrests are part of the collective punishment policy pursued by the occupation, which aims to empty the camps of their residents and create a state of continuous tension in the region.
