Protesters denounce New York Times coverage of Gaza genocide

US authorities arrested demonstrators in solidarity with Palestine, after they protested in front of the New York Times building against its coverage of the genocide in Gaza.

Circulating footage showed demonstrators gathering in solidarity with Palestine, on Saturday, in front of the American newspaper building located in the Manhattan area of New York.

The protesters denounced the American newspaper's handling of the genocide committed by Israel against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, and its bias towards the Israeli army.

Protesters held up signs reading, "Fake New York Times... you set fire to Palestine!"

Later, the American police intervened to disperse the demonstration, arresting some of the participants.

According to the footage, one of the demonstrators shouted "Free Palestine" as she was being led into a police car after being arrested.
