The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, on Saturday, that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli war on the Strip has risen to "40,691 dead and 94,060 wounded" since October 7, 2023.
The ministry said in its statistical report for the 330th day of the war, via the Telegram platform: "The death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 40,691 dead and 94,060 injuries since October 7."
It explained that "the Israeli occupation committed 5 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, 89 dead and 205 wounded people arrived at hospitals during the past 48 hours."
The report pointed out that "a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them."
