Haaretz newspaper quoted Israeli political sources on Thursday evening as saying that the possibility of reaching a prisoner exchange agreement with the Palestinian resistance in the near future is slim.
It stated that the negotiating delegation obtained approval to show certain flexibility based on Israel’s proposal.
The sources added that they estimate that progress in the exchange deal negotiations will be slow and gradual.
