Today, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation authorities renewed the administrative detention of the secretary of the " Fatah " movement , Musa Abu Mufreh, in Tuqu' , east of Bethlehem , for the second time in a row, for a period of 4 months.
A military judge in the Ofer Military Court approved the decision issued by the Israeli Shin Bet, relying on the so-called secret file that the prisoner and his lawyer are prohibited from viewing, claiming to preserve the sources of information contained therein. However, the representative of the Military Prosecution claimed that Abu Mufreh He poses a threat to the security of the area in which he lives, and he is a member of the "Fatah" terrorist organization, according to his claim.
It is noteworthy that Abu Mufreh is among the activists pursued for administrative detention, as he was arrested for about two years in 2020, and rearrested several months later.
