This was during the raid on the apartment in which he was staying with his fellow students, as Arman is a student at Birzeit University.
And according to the commission’s lawyer, Jacqueline Fararjeh, during her visit to him, the prisoner Arman was beaten during his arrest, as he was dragged on the ground, and the soldiers beat him with hands and feet on his chest while he was handcuffed and blindfolded, and he was brutally taken on foot for a distance of 3 km to an army camp In Beit El, he stayed there until eight in the morning, then he was brought to Etzion, where he was interrogated by the police in Ofer detention center, and his detention was extended for eight days.
It is worth mentioning that the prisoner Arman was previously arrested by the Israeli occupation forces, where he spent seven months in prison.
