According to the Captive Club, her mother, Khitam al-Titi, and her son (Islam's brother) Mahmoud, were released.
The occupation authorities had arrested the girl, Aseel Al-Titi, her mother, and her brother on October 2, 2022, during her visit to her brother, Sabaa Al-Titi, in "Raymond" prison.
