Medical sources announced today, Saturday, the death of 22 citizens, including 16 from the city of Gaza, due to the gunfire and shelling by Israeli occupation forces on various areas of the Gaza Strip.
Al-Awda Hospital announced the death of a citizen as a result of the occupation's artillery shelling on the Al-Bureij camp in the center of the Gaza Strip. A source at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza reported that an Israeli airstrike targeted the tunnel area northeast of the city, resulting in the martyrdom of two citizens and injuring several other civilians.
The occupation forces also destroyed the Al-Noor Tower in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood in the southwest of Gaza City.
Yesterday, 70 citizens were martyred in the Gaza Strip, raising the total number of dead due to the ongoing aggression of the occupation on the Strip since October 7, 2023, to 64,803 dead and 164,264 injured.
