Medical sources announced today, Saturday, that the death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 46,537 dead and 109,571 wounded, since October 7, 2023.
Medical sources explained that the occupation forces committed 5 massacres in the Gaza Strip, 32 dead and 193 wounded people arrived at hospitals during the past 48 hours.
It pointed out that thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the streets, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
