The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) stressed on Tuesday the need to end violence against children in the Gaza Strip, noting that there is no "safe place" for them in Gaza.
This came in a post on her personal account on the X platform, about an Israeli attack targeting tents in the courtyard of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
“Our screens are once again filled with images of children being killed and burned, and images of families trying to escape tents being bombed,” the organization said.
The organization stressed the need to "stop the terrible violence" against children, and called on the world to put an "immediate" end to the situation in Gaza.
