West Bank: A Palestinian boy died as a result of being wounded by Israeli forces in Jericho

Today, Sunday, the General Authority for Civil Affairs announced that Muhammad Musa Al-Bitar (17 years old) was killed by Israeli forces in Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho Governorate after being seriously injured yesterday.


The Israeli occupation forces stormed the Aqabat Jabr camp yesterday and shot two boys while they were near the western cemetery in the camp, which led to the death of the child Ahmed Ashraf Walid Hamidat (16 years old), and the wounding of Al-Bitar, before he was arrested and ambulance crews were prevented from reaching him.


The Israeli occupation forces transferred Al-Bitar to one of his hospitals in Jerusalem, before announcing today that he had died from his critical injury.


With the death of the child Al-Bitar, the number of killed since October 7, 2023, rises to 521 citizens, including 131 children, and 5,000 others were injured in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
