Fatah Movement: Marwan Barghouti is subjected to an assassination attempt inside Israeli prison

Fatah movement said that prisoner Marwan Barghouti, a member of the movement's Central Committee and a member of the Palestinian Central Council, is being subjected to an assassination attempt by a decision of the Israeli occupation government.

The Central Committee of the Fatah Movement condemned what it called “the repeated brutal attacks against the brave prisoners, headed by the leader Marwan Barghouti, who was once again subjected to a sinful attack at a time when the rest of his brothers and sisters, the prisoners, are being subjected to the most severe and horrific attacks and atrocities, including isolation, beatings, and complete deprivation of treatment, food, and the most basic human rights stipulated in international conventions.”

The Fatah Central Committee stated in a statement on Sunday evening, “In light of the ongoing war of genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip, the extremist occupation authorities are committing brutal massacres away from the cameras against our brave prisoners in the occupation prisons.”

In its statement, it stressed that “what Marwan Barghouti was subjected to is nothing but an attempt to liquidate him by a decision of an extremist occupation government whose only agenda is to kill Palestinians wherever they are.”

The Fatah Central Committee pointed out that the occupation government “ignored all protests and condemnations issued by the relevant popular, official and international institutions, which in turn monitored thousands of violations and transgressions practiced by the Netanyahu government against prisoners and leaders of the prisoner movement.”

She warned that “harming the life of leader Marwan Barghouti and the rest of the captive leaders and the entire captive movement will move the confrontation with the occupation to an escalating stage of tension and explosion, especially with the intensity of killing and slaughter practiced by the Tel Aviv government in the prisons, and what the northern Gaza Strip and all of Palestine are witnessing of a raging holocaust that has exceeded all borders and covenants.”

Lebanon files new complaint to Security Council against Israel

Lebanon on Sunday filed a new complaint to the UN Security Council regarding Israel's attacks on its territory.

A statement by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants stated that "a new complaint was submitted to the Security Council regarding Israel's attacks on Lebanon during the period from October 15 to 24, 2024."

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs filed the complaint through Lebanon's permanent mission to the United Nations in New York, according to the official Lebanese News Agency.

In the statement, Lebanon condemned "Israel's continued aggression and military ground incursion into its territory, its commission of more massacres against civilians, its deliberate and widespread destruction of civilian property, and the bombing of border villages and entire neighborhoods in the south, as it did in the towns of Mays al-Jabal and Mahbib, under the pretext of targeting weapons depots or military headquarters."

Lebanon also condemned Israel's continued targeting of the Lebanese army, ambulance crews, journalists, and UNIFIL forces (the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon), and its launching of raids near the Rafik Hariri and Bahman government hospitals in the southern suburbs of Beirut, according to the agency.

On Friday, UNIFIL announced that Israeli soldiers had opened fire on one of its positions in the border town of Dahra in the Tyre district in southern Lebanon. Last Sunday, it announced that an Israeli army bulldozer had “deliberately demolished” a watchtower and a fence surrounding its position in the town of Marouhin in the Tyre district.

Lebanon also condemned Israel's targeting of the Nabatieh Municipality building (in the south), where 6 of its members and employees were killed, including the mayor, in addition to Israel's killing of the mayors of Hanawiyah and Sahmar in two airstrikes, and its targeting of the ancient city of Tyre (in the south), which is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Lebanon explained in the complaint it submitted to the UN Security Council that "Israel always ignores international legitimacy and does not respect the decisions issued by the United Nations bodies, and it does not abide by international law or international humanitarian law, escaping accountability and questioning by the international community."

Lebanon called on the Security Council to "condemn the Israeli invasion of its territories and the violation of its sovereignty, and the widespread and continuous attacks on its security and the safety of its people."

He reiterated his call on the Council to compel Israel to fully implement Resolution 1701, starting with an immediate cessation of hostilities and an immediate and unconditional withdrawal from Lebanese territory, according to the statement.

On August 11, 2006, the Security Council unanimously adopted Resolution 1701, calling for a complete cessation of hostilities between Hezbollah and Israel, after a 33-day war between the two sides.

It also calls for the creation of an area between the Blue Line (the border between Lebanon and Israel) and the Litani River in southern Lebanon that is free of any armed men, military equipment and weapons, except those belonging to the Lebanese Army and the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

In mid-October, the Lebanese UN mission filed three complaints against Israel with the UN Security Council and the United Nations, regarding its repeated attacks on UNIFIL forces, and the repercussions of the Israeli aggression on the education sector.

After clashes with factions in Lebanon, including Hezbollah, which began after Israel launched a war of genocide on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, Tel Aviv expanded the scope of the genocide since September 23 to include most areas of Lebanon, including the capital Beirut, through air strikes, and also began a ground invasion in the south.

UNRWA allocates $25 million in emergency aid to camps in the northern West Bank

Member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and Head of the Department of Refugee Affairs, Ahmed Abu Holi, said that UNRWA has allocated $25 million in emergency aid to the camps in the northern West Bank.

Abu Holi pointed out in a statement issued today, Sunday, that determining the priorities for urgent response to the camps, which include rebuilding and rehabilitating housing, rent subsidies and cash assistance, rehabilitating the sanitation infrastructure, and providing emergency food vouchers, is done through coordination with the Department of Refugee Affairs and camp services committees.

He stressed the existence of continuous and regular coordination between the Department of Refugee Affairs and the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), noting that more than 25 meetings will be held in 2024 to follow up on the latest developments regarding UNRWA in light of the challenges it is facing in the operational, financial and political contexts.

Abu Holi received a written message from UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini, in which he stressed the agency’s keenness to continue regular coordination with host Arab countries through direct face-to-face meetings or otherwise, regarding advocacy and support for the agency, and the search for mechanisms to confront the challenges facing UNRWA, and address the outstanding problems facing the camps and refugees within the framework of its strategic plan.

Abu Houli stressed that UNRWA’s Executive Office holds frequent meetings with representatives of host countries in the Sub-Committees and Advisory Committees, and the Commissioner-General meets regularly with host governments at the ministerial level, to exchange consensual advice and political support for the Agency on the way forward.

Regarding the request of the Department of Refugee Affairs to form an independent investigation committee into Israel’s targeting of its headquarters and employees, the Commissioner explained in his letter that he had called for the investigation during all his public participations in the high-level week of the General Assembly in New York, noting that the decision to initiate the investigation is not within the authority of the Commissioner-General, and depends on the Member States.

UNRWA explained that it has developed a comprehensive plan, in coordination with the Education Cluster and the Ministry of Education of the Palestinian National Authority, which is constantly reviewed and updated to meet evolving needs. The plan, which began in November 2023, has implemented basic mental health and psychosocial support services, reaching over 450,000 children. Since August 2024, the plan has expanded to include learning activities, demonstrating UNRWA’s commitment to comprehensive support. During the first weeks of “Back to Learning”, which began in August 2024, we reached over 7,500 children, through temporary learning spaces in 36 shelters. These numbers will increase significantly once the situation allows, including the provision of humanitarian assistance for education.

Abu Holi stressed that UNRWA’s decision to resume staff work in the Gaza Strip as of October 1, 2024, is only intended to allow UNRWA to determine the location and status of all staff, including staff already working on a daily basis in Gaza, staff who have left Gaza and are living elsewhere, as well as to identify staff inside Gaza who are willing to take on tasks, other than their regular duties, to support residents in shelters, as well as to assist in the recent polio campaign, stressing that UNRWA has officially informed the Department of Refugee Affairs that it has not taken any decision or action regarding staff outside the Gaza Strip, or those unable to work.

In concluding his letter to the Department of Refugee Affairs, the Commissioner expressed his gratitude for the continued and strong support of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the host countries for UNRWA, in light of the financial crisis facing UNRWA, as well as attacks on its reputation, in addition to the catastrophic events in Gaza.

Khamenei calls for not exaggerating or downplaying Israel's attack on Iran

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei called on Sunday not to exaggerate or downplay the strikes launched by Israel on Iran, and he also spoke about confusing Tel Aviv's calculations and making it understand the extent of his country's strength.

"The Zionist regime's aggression that took place two nights ago should neither be exaggerated nor downplayed," Khamenei was quoted as saying by Iran's Tasnim news agency during a meeting with families of Iranians killed in Tehran.

The Iranian Supreme Leader stressed the need to "disrupt the calculations of the Zionist entity," and stressed the importance of establishing security in Iran.

He added, "Security is certainly one of the most important needs of any country and any society. If there is no security in society, there will be nothing, as there will be no economy, no science, no progress, and no family."

Austin warns Iran against 'mistake in responding to Israeli strikes'

US Secretary of State Lloyd Austin warned Iran against responding to recent Israeli strikes.

"Iran should not make the mistake of responding to Israeli strikes, which should mark the end of this exchange," Austin said in a post on his X account.

The US Secretary of Defense indicated that there is an opportunity to resort to diplomacy to ease tensions in the region.

Austin reiterated the United States' support for Israel's security, and stated that they are determined to protect American personnel, facilities, and partners in the region.

On Saturday morning, the Israeli army announced that it had launched a 4-hour attack on Iran, which confirmed that it had successfully confronted "the Zionist entity's attempts to attack some points in Tehran and the country," while the attack led to the killing of 4 Iranian soldiers, according to a statement by the Iranian army.

The attack came after Iran fired more than 180 rockets at Israel in early October, in what Tehran said was "revenge" for the assassinations of Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau; Hassan Nasrallah, secretary-general of Hezbollah; and Revolutionary Guards commander Abbas Nilforoushan.

More than 11,400 arrests in the West Bank since October 7

Since yesterday evening until Sunday morning, the Israeli occupation forces have arrested at least 12 citizens from the West Bank.

The Commission of Prisoners' Affairs and the Prisoners' Club explained in a statement that the arrests were distributed across the governorates of Hebron, Ramallah, and Jenin.

The occupation forces continue to carry out extensive raids and abuse during arrest campaigns, accompanied by severe beatings and threats against detainees and their families, in addition to acts of vandalism and destruction in citizens’ homes.

It is noteworthy that the number of arrests since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination and comprehensive aggression against our people has reached more than (11) thousand and 400 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

It is worth mentioning that the occupation continues to arrest civilians from Gaza, specifically from the north, including women, children and medical staff, and is committing the crime of enforced disappearance against them, and refuses to fully disclose their identities and places of detention, knowing that the competent institutions since the beginning of the war of extermination have not been able to limit the cases of arrest from Gaza, which are estimated in the thousands.

Israeli strike launches new phase of conflict, avoids all-out war

Experts believe that Israel's "retaliatory" attack on Iran on Saturday morning marked the beginning of a new and more dangerous phase in the years-long conflict between the two countries, but it appears, at least for now, to have stopped short of sparking an all-out war.

The attack on Iran on Saturday morning was the first time Israel publicly acknowledged carrying out a military operation inside Iran, after years of maintaining a strategic silence about its assassinations and sabotage on Iranian soil. It was also one of the few attacks by foreign air forces in Iran since its war with Iraq in the 1980s.

Although the attack was a critical and dangerous moment, Iran did not immediately set a timeframe for retaliation or its next response. The Iranian Foreign Ministry said that while Iran was “obligated to defend itself,” it was aware of its “responsibilities toward regional peace and security,” avoiding the bombastic language that has characterized Iran’s initial responses to previous Israeli attacks.

This has eased fears of an uncontrollable conflict, even if the possibility of such a clash has come closer than ever.

“Years of covert war have now entered a fully open conflict — albeit a managed one, for now,” the New York Times quoted an Iran expert at the European Council on Foreign Relations, a Berlin-based research group, as saying in an article on Saturday. “Tehran can swallow these strikes against military installations without responding in a way that invites further Israeli retaliation.”

Experts say that after weeks of pressure from the United States to scale back the scope of its attack, Israel avoided striking sensitive nuclear enrichment sites and oil production facilities in response to the massive ballistic missile barrage that Iran launched at Israel on October 1.

Israel claims that its warplanes focused on nearly 20 military installations, including air defense batteries, radar stations and missile production sites, but so far it has not documented any of these claims.

According to US media reports, the relatively limited focus of those attacks on “scattered military sites” in Iran allowed life to return to normal in the aftermath of the strike, with the aviation authority reopening Iranian airspace and state-run news agencies broadcasting images and videos of things returning to normal — signs, analysts said, that Iran’s leadership is trying to downplay the significance of the Israeli attack and reduce domestic expectations of a major Iranian response.

“This is the beginning of a new phase, a dangerous phase, with a lot of sensitivities,” Yoel Guzansky, an Israeli expert on Iran at the Institute for National Security Studies, a Tel Aviv-based research group, was quoted as saying by The New York Times. “But the tone I’m hearing from Iran is basically, ‘Oh, this is nothing.’”

As a result, Guzansky added, “it is possible that the two sides will at least close this round, and that we will not see Iranian retaliation — or if we do see it, it will be small in scope.”

However, analysts warned that even if the recent escalation subsides, it has pushed Iran and Israel further along a path toward a conflict that is difficult to control.

Israel is still waging its brutal war on the besieged Gaza Strip, and is still engaged in a war against Hezbollah, Iran’s most powerful regional ally, with Israeli forces carrying out large-scale air and ground attacks. There is no end in sight to these conflicts, and any of them could lead to further escalations between Israel and Iran, which has proven increasingly willing to attack Israel in defense of its allies and partners.

For years, the two countries have been engaged in a covert war in which each side undermined the other’s interests, through proxies or other means, while rarely taking responsibility for its attacks. This covert conflict turned into an open confrontation after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, unleashing a devastating Israeli war on Gaza that continues to kill and injure Palestinians by the hundreds every day, and has also led to a regional conflict between Israel and Iran and its allies.

The war in Gaza prompted Iran’s other allies in the Middle East, including Hezbollah, to strike Israel in solidarity with their Palestinian ally. In turn, Israel has stepped up its attacks on Iranian interests across the region, leading to direct exchanges between the two countries, first in April and now in October.

Some analysts fear that Israel, despite its relative restraint on Saturday, may be setting the stage for a larger offensive in the wake of the U.S. presidential election on Nov. 5. The election will set in motion a transition of power in which Washington’s influence and focus on the Iran-Israel conflict will diminish.

Today's talks in Doha on a prisoner exchange deal and ceasefire in Gaza

Starting today, Sunday, the Qatari capital, Doha, will witness talks, with the participation of the Director of the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), William Burns, and the Head of the Israeli Foreign Intelligence Service (Mossad), David Barnea, to discuss the possibility of resuming negotiations on reaching a prisoner exchange deal with the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas).

In a joint press conference in Doha on Thursday, the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken - who was visiting the region - confirmed that negotiations on the exchange deal and ceasefire will resume in Doha.

Blinken said the ceasefire plan put forward by US President Joe Biden on May 31 was still on the table, but he also hinted at a willingness to explore "new frameworks" to seek the release of detainees.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said Barnea would discuss with various parties in Doha "various options for starting negotiations to release the hostages held by Hamas in light of the latest developments."

A Hamas official confirmed that a delegation from the movement discussed proposals for a ceasefire with Egyptian officials in Cairo, according to Agence France-Presse.

He stressed the movement's readiness to stop fighting if Israel commits to a ceasefire, withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced, and the conclusion of a swap deal.

Axios reported that the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister met with a Hamas delegation a few days ago after the assassination of its political bureau chief Yahya Sinwar, and they informed him that they still adhere to their paper presented last August, in which the movement said that “the Palestinian people cannot accept partial deals today. Any effort to release prisoners held by Hamas must begin with a ceasefire.”

Last August, Hamas presented several key terms in the negotiating paper, which included stipulating a ceasefire and lifting the blockade on Gaza as an essential part of the agreement. Hamas also called for a mutual release of prisoners, whereby Palestinian prisoners would be released in exchange for the release of Israeli detainees, in addition to the withdrawal of Israeli forces from certain areas in Gaza, and the opening of crossings to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid.

The website indicated that Egypt and Israel are discussing reaching a short-term truce agreement, releasing a small number of prisoners, and providing humanitarian aid to Gaza.

Qatar, Egypt and the United States have been mediating between Israel and Hamas in talks for months, and negotiations broke down last August without reaching an agreement.

With American support, the ongoing Israeli genocidal war in Gaza, since October 7, 2023, has left more than 143,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and an unprecedented humanitarian disaster.

Show attack!

The Israeli strike on Iran at dawn yesterday, Saturday, can be described as a high-level show of force coordinated by the United States of America, which was able to impose on Israel the level and limited general framework of this strike, according to which the Americans seek to bring both Iran and Israel down from the tree after they climbed it, and raised the level of threats that the United States succeeded in neutralizing with its cunning diplomacy, and turning the missile and bombing war into a quiet cold war that paves the way for drawing the features of a new phase, which everyone wants according to their own size, but the international balances seem much larger than the size of a state or republic.

After fiery statements and major threats by Israeli officials, the strike on Iran came as a farce that was mocked by senior Israeli analysts and media figures. Kan Channel correspondent Roi Kais said: “If I were Khamenei, I would go back to sleep and check what happened in the morning.” As for the head of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, Avigdor Lieberman, he said that the Israeli attack on Iran was an attempt to buy calm instead of decisiveness, and he accused the Israeli government of carrying out show-offs and public relations operations, and this is what actually happened, as Iran was informed in advance of the strikes and their timing on Tehran and some cities through messages via other countries, in which Israel asked Iran to stop the escalation and not respond to its limited strikes.

Iran was informed by a message that arrived on Friday via several countries several hours before the attack, as it was provided by Israel with the targets that would be attacked, which made Iran well prepared for the limited bombing, so much so that its general guide declared before the strikes that Iran was preparing for war, after he received messages conveyed to Iran by the Dutch Foreign Minister Casper Veldkamp, who previously served as the Dutch ambassador to Israel.

With the increasing intensity and frequency of the settlers’ criticism of Netanyahu, whose popularity rose in opinion polls during the assassinations, the Israeli response to Iran, which some sources described as a mockery, will once again affect Netanyahu and his government. With the threat of withdrawing from the ground operation in Lebanon, under the pretext of achieving the desired goals, the popularity of the Likud leader will inevitably decline. The most pressing question in all this political grinding remains: What will the situation look like today with the negotiations that will resume in Doha to discuss the possibility of reaching an agreement to release some Israeli detainees in exchange for Palestinian prisoners? Are we on the cusp of a new phase that paves the way for defusing the Israeli weapons that destroyed the Strip?

Did Iran emerge victorious in balancing its political weight in the region, and what will be its pressure role with regard to the Gaza Strip and Lebanon fronts?

Questions whose answers still seem to be in the hands of politicians and their undeclared consultations and negotiations.

Get out of your selfishness..!

Selfishness is a hateful, abhorrent, and annoying trait for oneself and others, because it is not limited to loving oneself, caring for oneself, and wishing everything for oneself, but rather because it does not look at others, does not feel with them, and does not sense their feelings, pains, and needs.

Selfishness is a characteristic that means individualism, self-love, and preoccupation with satisfying one’s desires only; which makes the individual deviate from the sound nature with which God created him, which is his existence with a group and interacting with it, loving good for it, and feeling with it in its good and bad times. Man is civil by nature and does not find himself except with the group and not with selfishness and self-centeredness, and he cannot get rid of his worries and fatigues except if he is with people who ease his pain, feel with him, and help him.

Moreover, no matter how powerful, wealthy, and intelligent a person is, he cannot achieve his goals alone, but rather needs others, to exchange opinions with them, and to cooperate with them. But unfortunately, the human being of this age no longer feels comfortable with his fellow human being, but rather is wary of him, although psychologists say that fear of others is an unjustified fear, and that selfishness and self-centeredness only bring its owner anxiety, distress and worry, and that the selfish person cannot feel happy while he is away from people, but only finds it if he belongs to the group, works with it, and achieves common goals with it. However, this does not mean that he does not enjoy solitude, because he needs from time to time to spend with himself, to gather himself, evaluate his actions, and stand on his strengths and weaknesses, and to be with his Lord also in his prayers and worship and contemplating His kingdom and His creations. However, this should not take a long time such that solitude becomes a habit that he practices, but he must return to his normal life and live with the group, whether with the mother, father, brothers, sisters, family, relatives, friends and acquaintances, or when doing charitable work, or participating in cultural events, sports and religious activities, since such activities It is what refreshes and pleases the soul, and it is what maintains health, wellness and happiness.

Unfortunately, selfishness, self-love, and wariness of people are all concepts promoted by hostile parties under the slogan of self-interest. By doing so, they do not want other peoples to live a normal, productive life, but rather to confuse and divide them, so that they remain alone in the field, although such parties are the same ones who teach their children to love teamwork, interact with others, and the necessity of achieving one goal that serves one society, one state, and one destiny. Hence, the so-called allies, economic blocs, NATO, and the joint defense strategy came about, so that they remain the strongest and dominant over the rest of the nations.

So, if we want to live a normal, productive life, we must ignite the human flame within us, and move away from selfishness and self-interest, by going outside of ourselves, and developing the faculty of loving others within us, and feeling their pains, worries and needs. We must free ourselves from self-love, so that we may live in spiritual union with other creatures and reach a state of enlightenment that helps us extend a helping hand to all who are in pain, hungry, sick or naked.

The more we understand and sympathize with others, the more we reach a level of humanity where we love everything that moves on the face of the earth, from plants, animals, and inanimate objects, because we realize that the hand of God that created us also created them, and no one has authority over another.

From here, we say again, let us get out of our selfishness, let us think of others, and let us work with the group, so that our situation improves and our mind is at ease.

Horrific crimes and systematic torture against Palestinian detainees

Sari Al Qudwa

The occupation army has been carrying out arrest campaigns in northern Gaza since the beginning of the ongoing siege 20 days ago, in light of the ongoing war of extermination for more than a year, which is an extension of the arrest operations that have affected thousands of our people in Gaza since the beginning of the war, accompanied by horrific crimes and systematic torture. As a result of the great difficulties facing institutions in following up on the arrest operations that have taken place and are taking place in Gaza, there is no accurate data on the arrest campaigns, part of which are detention and field investigation operations.

The reality of the situation and the data and scenes recently published from northern Gaza constitute a new indicator of the horror of the crimes, their intensity and their extent. These are the same scenes that have continued throughout the period of the war of extermination, regarding the detention operations and the arrest of thousands of citizens in open places, in humiliating and degrading conditions, and under the threat of weapons.

There are hundreds of detainees from Gaza who are still forcibly disappeared in Israeli prisons and camps. According to accounts from those released from the occupation prisons, there are detainees who were martyred in prisons and camps, and the occupation has not announced their identities or information, in addition to detainees who were executed in the field, and others who face crimes of torture, abuse and humiliation. Based on visits made to detainees from Gaza by some human rights organizations in light of the legal amendments that allowed their visits, the testimonies and testimonies over the past period have reflected shocking and horrific details, including starvation crimes, medical crimes, and torture crimes.

Since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination against our people in Gaza, and the escalation of unprecedented arrest campaigns, the occupation has arrested thousands of civilians from different parts of Gaza during the ground invasion, including dozens of women, children, and medical teams that were prominently targeted along with the targeting of Palestinian hospitals, as they were a target of the extermination. The occupation continues to implement the crime of enforced disappearance against hundreds of detainees, and refuses to fully disclose their identities and places of detention. It also refuses to this day to allow the International Committee of the Red Cross to visit them, especially in the "Sde Teiman" camp prison, which is a prominent address for torture crimes and medical crimes, in addition to what the stories of detainees and others who were released and their testimonies about rape and sexual assaults there.

Despite the efforts made by a number of Palestinian human rights organizations and organizations in the territories of 1948, in light of some legal amendments made to the regulations pertaining to Gaza detainees, in order to know their places of detention and later seek to visit them, these attempts are being made under severe restrictions and great difficulties and have not yielded any results.

Human rights organizations and prisoner defense committees warned against carrying out field executions against detainees, especially since the occupation soldiers have adopted this crime in an unprecedented manner since the start of the ground invasion of Gaza in the largest genocide crime known to contemporary reality, committed by the occupation army under direct instructions from the extremist Israeli government.

Until now, it is clear that the demands made by human rights institutions, the cries of our people in Gaza, and the genocide taking place in front of the world, have not been enough for the world and the international human rights system to stop the war of extermination, and the world continues to keep the occupation in a state of exception from all the laws and customs imposed by the human rights system that human societies are subject to.
