Analysts to "Al-Quds": Occupation uses daily killing as a tool to impose a new equation

In a new bloody escalation, 24 citizens, including 7 children and a paramedic, were martyred yesterday by the bullets and shelling of the occupation forces east of the Gaza Strip, in a systematic continuation of ceasefire violations for the 116th consecutive day, amidst indications that the occupation is moving from a policy of "limited violations" to imposing a new security reality by fire.Political analyst Mohammed Abu Qamar considered that "the occupation has passed the stage of testing the truce, and has moved to using daily killing as a political and security tool to impose a new equation in Gaza," pointing out that "targeting children, paramedics, and displaced persons confirms that Israel does not treat the ceasefire as a commitment, but rather as a margin for maneuver."Abu Qamar told "Al-Quds" that "these violations aim to exhaust the resistance and pressure the popular environment, without going to an all-out war, especially in light of the deep political crisis experienced by the occupation government."For his part, political science professor Dr. Mohammed Musleh believed that "what is happening represents a clear failure of the Israeli deterrence system," explaining that "the occupation is trying to compensate for its military impotence during the war of extermination through a calculated escalation, in which it bets on the absence of international accountability."Musleh stressed that "the continued international silence gives Israel a green light to accumulate crimes, and to turn the truce into a cover for targeting civilians, which warns of a wider explosion if this policy continues."Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect, the occupation forces have killed, due to their repeated violations, 553 citizens, including 179 children and 69 women, and injured 1463 others. As for since the start of the war of extermination on October 7, 2023, the number of martyrs has exceeded 71,803, while the number of injured has risen to more than 171,570, amidst destruction that affected about 90% of the civilian infrastructure, and the United Nations estimated the cost of reconstruction at about 70 billion dollars.
