Former officials in the administration of former U.S. President Joe Biden expressed their regret over the stance they took regarding the war against Gaza, stating that the United States did not act as a superpower.
In a report prepared by Nahal Tosi and published by Politico, it stated: "At one moment, after months of the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza had begun, it seemed to me for a moment that then-President Joe Biden and his aides finally realized their power.
This was after Israel killed a group of relief workers from the organization "World Central Kitchen" who were trying to feed Palestinians in the besieged sector."
We did not act as a superpower. Instead of starting from the idea that these are problems we can solve, we convinced ourselves that there is not much we can do.
