Channel 12 reported on Friday evening that the occupation army targeted chemical weapons warehouses in Syria for fear that armed factions would reach them.

The occupation army radio said that Defense Minister Yisrael Katz and Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi held a security assessment in light of the developments in Syria.
The occupation army radio added that Katz instructed the army to maintain a high level of readiness and to continuously monitor developments.
