The United Nations World Food Program warned Tuesday that the situation in the Gaza Strip is deteriorating rapidly, with only four or five days of food stocks left in stores.
“Inside stores, (food) stocks are sufficient for less than a few days, perhaps four or five days,” Abeer Atifa, spokeswoman for the World Food Program in the Middle East, told reporters.
