Ben Gvir submits a petition regarding the procedures for storming Al-Aqsa

A translation of " Jerusalem " dot com - Member of the Knesset, the far-right Itamar Ben Gvir , submitted a petition to the Israeli Supreme Court, demanding that the procedures for storming Al-Aqsa for members of the Knesset be annulled.

According to the Hebrew Channel 7, according to the procedures in place, a Knesset member who wishes to storm Al-Aqsa must inform the Knesset officer 24 hours in advance and obtain prior approval from the so-called commander of the Jerusalem Brigade in the Israeli police.

Ben Gvir, through his lawyer, described this procedure as illegal and a violation of the immunity of Knesset members.
