Hamas said on Wednesday that "the Israeli occupation is setting new conditions in the current round of negotiations related to withdrawal, ceasefire, prisoners, and the return of displaced persons."
Hamas noted in an official statement that this delayed reaching the agreement that was available.
She stressed that she had shown responsibility and flexibility in the negotiations that are taking place in Doha with Qatari and Egyptian mediation in a serious manner.
