The Israeli occupation forces launched a campaign of raids and arrests in various areas of the West Bank at dawn and on Saturday morning.
The young man, Abdul Rahman Al-Sayeh, was arrested after the occupation forces stormed his house in the old town of Nablus.
The occupation forces were exposed to gunfire during their storming of the area.
It also arrested a young man from the Arab camp north of Hebron during a raid campaign in the camp.
Meanwhile, the occupation forces stormed various areas, including villages in Nablus and Ramallah, as well as in Tulkarm and its surroundings.
