Israel bombs southern Lebanon and Hezbollah targets Israeli sites

Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation army targeted sites in southern Lebanon, including the town of Mays al-Jabal and the outskirts of the town of Hula, Khiam, and Blida, according to what the official Lebanese agency reported, while Hezbollah targeted several Israeli sites, indicating that it achieved “direct hits” in them.

The pace of Israeli threats against Lebanon has recently escalated due to the growing intensity of confrontations between Hezbollah and the Israeli occupation army against the backdrop of the war on Gaza.

Since last October 8, the border area in southern Lebanon has witnessed a daily exchange of bombing between Hezbollah and the Israeli army, resulting in hundreds of martyrs on the Lebanese side.

Hezbollah links the calming of the border confrontations with Israel to the latter ending its war on the Gaza Strip, which has been ongoing since last October 7.
