Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had reached “a level of genocidal methods that would make Nazi leader Adolf Hitler jealous.”
This came in an interview with the Greek newspaper Kathimerini, published on Sunday, on the eve of the visit of Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to Ankara.
President Erdogan touched on the devastating Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, and pointed out that Netanyahu surpassed Hitler in methods of “genocide.”
He said: "Netanyahu has reached a level of genocidal methods that makes Hitler jealous of him."
President Erdogan pointed out that "Hamas agreed to a ceasefire, but Israel does not want that and is making excuses because of its desire to occupy the entire Gaza Strip."
