The Director General of Hospitals in Gaza, Muhammad Al-Zaqout, said in an interview with Al Jazeera that 4 out of 36 premature babies in Al-Shifa Medical Complex had died.
He added that a team from the World Health Organization will go to Al-Shifa Complex to remove 32 premature babies.
Yesterday evening, Saturday, the Director-General of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, called for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, while the organization is working on developing a plan to rescue the remaining patients at Al-Shifa Hospital in the Gaza Strip as soon as possible.
