Red Cross buses begin moving to receive released Palestinian prisoners in Rafah

On Wednesday evening, buses and vehicles belonging to the Red Cross began moving from the residence in Mawasi Rafah, in preparation for receiving the Palestinian prisoners who were released as part of the recent exchange deal.

This step comes within the framework of the Red Cross's efforts to ensure the safety of prisoners and facilitate their return to their homes after a period of detention.

It is noteworthy that the exchange deal includes the release of a number of Palestinian prisoners after negotiations with the relevant authorities, in a step that many analysts described as offering new hope in the Palestinian prisoners’ file.
