The occupation army and the General Security Service (Shabak) claimed on Sunday that they targeted Hamas leader Hassan Mahmoud Hassan Hussein in the Gaza Strip.
A statement issued by the occupation army mentioned that Hussein held the position of company commander in the elite forces of the Al-Bureij Brigade, which operates in the Central Governorates of the movement.
The statement also accused Hussein of participating in the detention of civilians during the attack.
The occupation army and the Shabak will continue to work against those involved in the October 7 attack.
