OIC Submits Written Pleading to International Court of Justice

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation has submitted written statements to the International Court of Justice regarding the Advisory Opinion on Israel’s Obligations with Respect to the Presence and Activities of the United Nations, Other International Organizations and Third States in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.

The organization stressed in a statement, today, Saturday, the importance of these legal efforts to confront the measures of Israel, the occupying power, and its invalid laws that prevent UNRWA from carrying out its activities in the occupied Palestinian territory as of January 30, 2025, renewing its steadfast support for this international agency that was established by a decision of the United Nations General Assembly to serve Palestinian refugees until a just and permanent solution is found to their cause.
