Hundreds of worshipers came out of Al-Azhar Mosque in Cairo, today, Friday, in demonstrations after performing Friday prayers, in solidarity with the Palestinian people, and in support of the steadfastness of our people in the Gaza Strip.
Worshipers in and outside the courtyard of the mosque chanted slogans in support of the Palestinian people and Al-Aqsa Mosque, raising Palestinian flags, denouncing the crimes of the Israeli occupation and the dangerous aggression of killing civilians with internationally prohibited weapons and destroying buildings above the heads of their residents, calling for the necessity of Arab and Islamic intervention to restrain Israel, stop its aggression, and provide international protection for the Palestinian people. .
During the sermon, the Al-Azhar preacher praised Egypt’s support and support for the Palestinian cause throughout history, and Egypt has always been an invincible barrier to defeating all enemies and foreign invasions, stressing that the land of Palestine is an Arab land that valiantly resists colonial plans.
