Israeli court sentences a young Palestinian to 12 years and 8 months in prison

Today, Thursday, the Haifa District Court sentenced the young man, Sabri Salem Amar (23 years old), to 12 years and 8 months in prison, in connection with the “Gift of Dignity” events.

The occupation authorities had arrested the young man, Omar, from his town in Kafr Qara in the occupied interior, on June 6, 2021.

The Israeli court accuses the young man, Omar, of “carrying out an intentional terrorist act and riot, and participating in an attack on a Jewish female driver.”
