At least 40 Israelis were injured, Saturday, during violent demonstrations in areas south of Tel Aviv.
Hundreds of Eritrean Jews went out in demonstrations demanding their right to asylum, but the Israeli police suppressed them.
According to the Hebrew channel Reshet Kan, the Israeli police used live bullets, which left several seriously injured.
The channel indicated that there are about 35 Israeli police personnel injured.
Dozens of shops and others were damaged by the violent confrontations.
