Hundreds of supporters of the Palestinian right demonstrated today, Friday, in the British capital , London , in conjunction with the visit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu .
A number of members of the Palestinian and Arab community, Britons, and Jews from the Neturei Karta movement, which opposes the occupation, participated in the demonstration.
The demonstrators raised Palestinian flags and banners denouncing the Israeli occupation and its crimes against our people, as well as banners reading that "Zionism is incompatible with Judaism," and that "the Jewish religion rejects the State of Israel and condemns its crimes and occupation."
An Israeli demonstration was also organized in front of the British government headquarters in Downing Street, during Netanyahu's meeting with his British counterpart, Rishi Sunak , to protest against the Israeli government's plan to weaken the judiciary, which a wide segment of Israelis considers "contrary to democratic standards."
