Israeli occupation army arrests two youths, assaults others, and carries out raids in the West Bank

The Israeli occupation army arrested, late Wednesday evening, two Palestinian youths, and assaulted two others, while carrying out raids at dawn today in scattered areas of the occupied West Bank.

The Israeli occupation army arrested, late Wednesday evening, two Palestinian youths during raids on the towns of Anabta and Kafr al-Labad, east of Tulkarm city.

It added that occupation soldiers forced a number of shop owners in the town of Kafr al-Labad to close their shops under threat of weapons, stopped vehicles and citizens, and subjected them to field interrogations.

In the south of the West Bank, it stated that an Israeli force raided Khirbet Deir Razih south of Hebron city, spread out around citizens' homes, and assaulted two youths from the area with beatings and tortured them.

It added that another force raided the southern area of Hebron city, and deliberately rammed its vehicles into a Palestinian vehicle, causing material damage to it without reporting any injuries.

It also reported that armed settlers attacked a vehicle in the north of Hebron city with stones, resulting in shattering its glass and causing material damage to it.

Since January 21st, the Israeli army has continued its aggression in the north of the West Bank, starting with Jenin camp, then moving to Tulkarm and Nour Shams camps, resulting in the destruction of thousands of homes and the displacement of more than 50,000 people, according to official Palestinian figures.

Since the genocide war in Gaza on October 7, 2023, the Israeli army and settlers have intensified their crimes in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, resulting in the martyrdom of about 1,100 Palestinians, injury to about 11,000, in addition to arresting more than 21,000.
