Doctors Without Borders stated that citizens in the West Bank are facing forced mass displacement at the hands of the Israeli occupation army and its settlers, which increases the risk of ethnic cleansing in the occupied territories.
A statement issued by the organization today, Thursday, indicated that Israel's policies based on annexing land in the West Bank constitute a serious violation of international humanitarian law and international human rights law.
The organization reported that "its teams witnessed in 2025 policies and practices designed shamelessly to deport Palestinians from their land and prevent any possibility of return."
It concluded that "ending the occupation remains the only way to alleviate the severe suffering faced by Palestinians."
The organization urged countries, including the United States and EU member states, to exert serious pressure to stop practices that harm Palestinians and displace them, and to ensure the end of the illegal occupation.
It noted that it "witnesses how the suffering caused by the occupation has become a more natural reality than ever in the organization's 36-year history of providing medical and psychological care in Palestine."
Ending the occupation remains the only way to alleviate the severe suffering faced by Palestinians.
