Israeli reports indicate that the occupation has surpassed the Yitkov proposal.. "The agreement will be comprehensive"

The security-political ministerial council will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, to discuss the genocide in the besieged Gaza Strip and negotiations to reach a ceasefire agreement. The formation of the delegation to be sent or its destination remains unclear.

Israeli reports indicate speculation about the talks moving to the UAE, where the head of the Mossad, Dedi Barnea, is likely to join the team, depending on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's decision.

Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer, who recently visited the UAE, secretly met with UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed. This comes amid tensions between the occupying state and the UAE due to the actions of Netanyahu's government in the Gaza war.

Israeli officials confirmed that the mediators' proposal is no longer relevant, as they have surpassed it and informed them that upcoming agreements with Hamas will be limited to the release of all prisoners and a cessation of hostilities, provided that the occupying state is willing to do so.

Reports indicate that the occupying state is not discussing a partial agreement but emphasizes the importance of reaching a comprehensive agreement, without ruling out the possibility of a partial agreement in the future.

Regarding the maneuver in Gaza City, Israeli officials confirmed that there will be no connection between the talks and the maneuver, as the process of occupying Gaza will continue after exhausting the evacuation of the population.

Military reports clarified that the occupation of Gaza City will take time, and there are no magic solutions, and that if there is a desire to return the captives, this can be done by a decision from the Prime Minister.

The mediators' proposal, which the occupying state rejects, includes a partial agreement, where Hamas agreed to the draft ceasefire and the release of the proposed hostages, but the occupying state refuses except for a complete agreement.

The Israeli conditions include the disarmament of Hamas, the demilitarization of the Gaza Strip, Israeli security control over its surroundings, and the establishment of an alternative governmental entity that can live peacefully with the occupying state.

The Israeli delay in responding to the draft agreement is not procrastination but is part of new talks regarding Hamas's weapons, as mediators pressure the movement's leadership to abandon its role as a combat force.

According to the new proposal, a ceasefire will be declared for 60 days, Hamas will release half of the living prisoners and about half of the deceased, and talks to end the war will begin on the first day.

The Chief of Staff of the occupying army, Eyal Zamir, confirmed that the three objectives of the operation have been achieved, causing significant damage to Hamas and removing threats from the borders and settlements.
