Channel 12 Israel said that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu is the one who forced the negotiating team to try to reach a partial deal due to threats from his coalition partners.
It added that Netanyahu is the one preventing a comprehensive deal and Hamas has never changed its terms.
It stressed that the conditions for reaching a deal that would return all detainees remain the same: an Israeli withdrawal, a complete ceasefire, and the release of important prisoners.
