The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced, on Thursday, that the death toll from the Israeli war of extermination has risen to 45,399 dead and 107,940 wounded, since October 7, 2023.
The ministry said in its daily statistical statement that the Israeli army "committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, resulting in 38 dead and 137 injuries arriving at hospitals during the past 24 hours."
It reported that "the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 45,399 dead and 107,940 wounded since October 7, 2023."
The ministry indicated that there were a number of victims under the rubble of destroyed homes and on the roads, noting that the civil defense and ambulance crews were unable to reach them due to the repeated Israeli targeting of them.
