Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation authorities began paving a colonial road in the northern Jordan Valley.
According to local sources, the occupation authorities have begun paving a road to the southeast of the village of Kardala.
He explained that this road is expected to reach the outskirts of Khirbet Ibziq, and it passes through large areas of land, as part of this land is owned by citizens, and the other part of it is mountainous pastoral land.
The head of the village council in Al-Malih and the Bedouin camps, Mahdi Draghmeh, also reported that settlers also began today to rehabilitate the road leading to the new colonial outpost in the “Umm al-Jimal” area, whose settlers worked to permanently displace the residents of the community about two months ago.
The northern Jordan Valley has witnessed accelerated colonial activities in recent times, in addition to the escalation of daily attacks by settlers on citizens. These attacks include storming residential areas, raiding citizens’ tents, intimidating and threatening them, in addition to seizing their property and livestock.
These attacks also pose great risks to the lives of citizens who fear being forcibly displaced from their communities, especially since most of these attacks take place under the protection of occupation soldiers.
