The Iranian Revolutionary Guards published a statement on Saturday evening showing the latest findings of their investigations into the assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran on Wednesday morning.
According to the statement, Haniyeh was assassinated by firing a short-range projectile from outside the residential area with a warhead weighing about 7 kilograms, which caused a powerful explosion.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guards held the occupation and the US administration responsible for the attack.
He vowed to respond and receive severe punishment for this crime.
