Israeli judicial advisor calls on the Supreme Court to reject the Palestinian Authority’s petition

Today, Wednesday, the Israeli government's legal advisor, Gali Beharav-Meara, called on the Supreme Court to reject a petition submitted by the Palestinian Authority to the Israeli court against two laws enacted by the Knesset during the past year, which legislate the deduction of sums from Palestinian clearance funds, under the pretext of "compensating victims of terrorist operations."
