According to Israeli media, initial information received by the security services indicated that a shooting attack was carried out from a speeding vehicle towards settler vehicles.
However, after the initial investigation, it became clear that a settler opened fire while traveling in his speeding vehicle towards a group of Palestinians, who then threw stones at the vehicles, as he claimed.
The website of the newspaper "Yedioth Ahronoth" reported that after reports of a shooting attack carried out from a passing vehicle between the "Emmanuel" Junction and the "Yakir" Junction in the West Bank, it became clear that an Israeli resident opened fire from his vehicle at the stone-throwers, and no injuries occurred, as the incident is being investigated.
