Tens of thousands performed Friday prayers, inside the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the measures taken by the Israeli occupation forces at the gates of the mosque and the entrances to the Old City, in the occupied city of Jerusalem.
The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem estimated that about 40,000 worshipers performed Friday prayers inside Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The occupation forces deployed in the streets of the city and the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and were stationed at its gates. They stopped the worshipers and checked their personal cards.
