A 50-year-old Palestinian was killed on Monday evening, as a result of being shot by unknown assailants in the Khawaldeh area, near Shfar Amr, in the occupied interior.
According to the Hebrew website Ynet, another Palestinian was slightly injured in the new criminal incident, and was transferred to Rambam Hospital in Haifa for treatment.
The Israeli police opened an investigation into the circumstances of the third incident of its kind within one day.
