On Monday, the Israeli authorities returned the body of the Egyptian policeman, Mohamed Salah, who carried out a shooting attack on the border last Saturday, killing 3 Israeli soldiers.
According to the Hebrew Channel 12, this came within the framework of full cooperation between Egypt and Israel.
An Egyptian investigation team had arrived at the border to participate in the investigations into the attack.
