14 homes demolished by the occupation in Bedouin communities last month

Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights in Palestine confirmed today, Saturday, that the Israeli occupation forces demolished 14 homes, and issued a notice to demolish and halt construction in 10 different facilities, including a school, in Bedouin communities scattered in the governorates of the West Bank last month.


In his comment to Al-Quds.com, the General Supervisor of the "Al-Baydar" Organization warned of the organization's monthly report on the Israeli occupation's violations against Bedouin communities, warning of forced displacement of those Bedouin communities, especially in light of the targeting of these communities with the escalation of demolitions and settler attacks, calling for international protection. Bedouin communities.


According to the report issued by "Al-Baydar", the occupation forces demolished last month, in the Bedouin communities scattered in "Jerusalem, Hebron, Bethlehem, Nablus, Jericho and the Jordan Valley, Tubas and the Jordan Valley, Ramallah and Al-Bireh," 14 homes, and confiscated three agricultural rooms. Notifications to demolish and halt construction of various facilities, including the demolition order issued against Tahadi 5 Elementary School in Jubb Al-Dhib in Beit Ta’mar, east of Bethlehem.


On the other hand, "Al-Baydar" confirmed that settlers carried out 28 attacks against Bedouin communities last month, which resulted in the injury of 3 citizens, fencing pastoral lands, establishing a settlement outpost, and stealing 30 sheep.


Al-Baydar indicated that the occupation army carried out 4 attacks and raids in Bedouin communities, during which 3 citizens were arrested.
