Saarbrücken - (dpa) - German authorities found a gunman who shot and wounded a police officer in the German city of Saarbrücken dead at his home today, Friday.
The body of the 67-year-old was found during a police raid after he barricaded himself in his home for hours.
And the police wrote on “Twitter”: “There is no longer any danger.”
The policeman who was injured earlier in the day was trying to carry out a search warrant when the man opened fire from his window.
A city administration official was injured by flying glass.
