Jerusalem - Media of the Olympic Committee/ The delegation of the Muay Thai Federation participated in the Martial Arts Championship, which took place in the city of Jounieh, Lebanon, with the participation of more than 320 players, representing 13 countries.
The delegation of the Palestinian Federation was represented by 14 players from the diaspora, under the supervision of coaches Yasser Daher and Abd al-Wahhab Musa, Mustafa Mabrouki, head of the coaches’ committee in the diaspora, and Salim al-Khatib, head of the Referees Committee.
During their competition in various categories, the players won 12 medals, with 9 golds and 3 silvers.
Ahmed Zaidani, Vice President of the Federation, praised the technical level presented by the players during their competitions, thanking the referees and coaches for their efforts during this participation.
Zidani indicated that this participation comes within the federation's plan to develop and engage players in the diaspora on the Lebanese arena.
