The Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Monday morning the handover of all Israeli prisoners to the International Committee of the Red Cross in Gaza City, in two consecutive batches.
The first batch included the handover of 7 Israeli prisoners to the International Red Cross at 8 a.m. inside Gaza City, where they were transported from northern Gaza to the designated reception points, as part of the implementation of the prisoner exchange deal between the two sides.
The Maariv newspaper published the names and photos of the seven prisoners who were handed over to the Red Cross a short while ago: Omri Miran, Matan Angrist, Gali Berman, Ze'ev Berman, Alon Ohel, Eitan Mor, and Guy Gilboa-Dalal.
Later, the Al-Qassam Brigades released the second and final batch of living prisoners, which included 13 prisoners who were handed over to the Red Cross inside Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah at 10 a.m.
The Al-Qassam Brigades had published the names of 20 living Israeli prisoners they decided to release as part of the 'Al-Aqsa Flood Prisoner Exchange Deal.'
The names included: 1- Bar Abraham Kuperstein 2- Avitar David 3- Yosef Chaim Ohana 4- Segev Kalfon 5- Avinatan Or 6- Elkana Buhbut 7- Maxim Herkin 8- Nimrod Cohen 9- Matan Tzangauker 10- David Konyo 11- Eitan Horn 12- Matan Angrist 13- Eitan Mor 14- Gali Berman 15- Ze'ev Berman 16- Omri Miran 17- Alon Ohel 18- Guy Gilboa-Dalal 19- Rom Braslavski 20- Ariel Konyo.
In contrast, media reported that Palestinian buses were moving from Gaza to the Kerem Shalom crossing to transport the Palestinian prisoners who would be released.
For its part, Channel 24 in Israel reported that the prison service had completed its preparations for the release of the Palestinian prisoners according to the agreement.
