The newspaper "Israel Hayom" reported that cautious optimism is no longer present among all parties involved in the Sharm El-Sheikh negotiations, and the prevailing opinion is that the first phase of the agreement will be signed on Thursday or, at the latest, on Friday.
A senior U.S. diplomatic source in Sharm El-Sheikh told the newspaper that the issue is not a matter of "if" but rather "when."
By mutual agreement, discussions will continue into the night between Wednesday and Thursday in an attempt to finalize as many details as possible, but it is unclear whether there is a chance to complete everything during this nighttime discussion.
According to the newspaper, the agreement will include an immediate ceasefire, the release of all living prisoners within 72 hours, and the deceased within a week.
Then, the release of 250 Palestinian prisoners serving life sentences and 1,700 other prisoners, the withdrawal of the Israeli army to the yellow line after the release of the prisoners, and the opening of all supply routes through United Nations organizations.
The newspaper learned that Hamas, in response to an Israeli demand, announced in today's discussions that it would succeed in releasing all living prisoners within the timeframe specified in Trump's plan, that is, within 72 hours of its signing.
According to reports, Hamas leadership has contacted all cells holding prisoners and ordered them to prepare for their release.
The Red Cross has been instructed to prepare vehicles and ambulances to transport the hostages to the Israel Defense Forces as quickly as possible.
The newspaper also mentioned that Hamas will begin search operations by the end of last week and has collected at least some bodies.
However, the exact number of abducted individuals who are alive remains uncertain.
Two sources, one American and the other Arab, described Wednesday's talks as surprisingly positive, attributing this to the intensive preparatory work done by mediators with Hamas, as well as the initial negotiating meetings that nearly completed all technical aspects according to "Israel Hayom."
Hamas will succeed in releasing all living prisoners within 72 hours of signing the agreement.
