The Israeli occupation army continues its genocidal war on the Gaza Strip for the 730th consecutive day, having committed a horrific massacre in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City on Saturday evening, and launched more than 93 air and artillery strikes across various parts of the strip, resulting in the martyrdom of 70 citizens in the past 24 hours.
The government media office in Gaza reported that 47 of the total martyrs fell in Gaza City alone, which is witnessing a wide military escalation.
The occupation forces committed a massacre described as horrific on Saturday evening, following the bombing of a populated house in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in northeastern Gaza City, leading to the martyrdom of at least 18 citizens and injuring dozens, while rescue teams are still searching for missing persons under the rubble.
The intense bombardment of Gaza City continued until Sunday morning, as occupation aircraft launched new strikes on the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, and artillery targeted the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood. The artillery shelling also hit the Al-Sabra neighborhood and the areas of the tunnel and Al-Jalaa Street at dawn, resulting in injuries.
In the central Gaza Strip, the occupation's artillery and airstrikes targeted the Al-Maghazi, Al-Bureij, and Al-Nuseirat camps. In the southern Gaza Strip, Nasser Medical Complex received 9 martyrs from the Rafah Garage and Mouraj areas, while teams recovered 3 martyrs from Bani Suheila.
In another incident, 3 citizens were martyred and 10 others were injured from among aid seekers due to the fire of the occupation forces south of Khan Younis.
